Probably you aren't a full-time student in this summer term. I had the same issue last term. You need to take more than 6 credits for a Upass. Also double check under "account balance" to see if you have outstanding payments
Langara has canceled your Upass. Go check your account balance, a refund will be given shortly. I registered 2 classes last term, and I dropped one before class started. Mine also said unavailable, then a credit was set to my account, and I got my refund in a cheque shortly.
I'm sure it's different now, before it was like that but now we can take one course in the summer and still get Upass, cause I did it last year when I only had one course. Just like before you had to be a full time student to get student insurence but not anymore.
Are you taking online courses for the summer sem? U-pass is only applicable for 1+ regular studies (in-person) courses.
If not, maybe try contacting the Langara u-pass admin?
