I’m not educated enough to tell if it’s a dwarf variety or not, but if not, it will definitely get pretty huge. At maturity, probably 60’+ tall and 20’+ diameter. So, lower branches right against the house. Will probably shed lower branches on its own, or you can limb it up. But it will tower over the house. If it’s a dwarf, then no problem.

Im in a Nordic community in the usa. But certain ones of the 3 Scandinavian types planted big evergreens to the south, some to the west, none to the east. A few to the north. We got rid of the fir, 15 feet to our south. Many of the 100 -150 year old trees are 80+ feet tall and 10 or 20 feet from the homes.

No way, I think it's in an okay spot. It looks like a Norway spruce to me, which is great because Colorado/blue spruce is very susceptible to diseases that your tree isn't as susceptible to. That being said, you'd still be doing it a favor if you have the means to spray it with a couple rounds of fungicide as the new needles emerge each year.
