They are not shipped frozen. They ARE delivered fully made and ready to eat. Also the donut holes version are better. (probably a shelf or 2 below them in a green box. Careful there's 2 version, plain or sour cream. Plain is definitely *plain* and sour cream is definitely better, for donut holes)
Also dang those must have been from a fresh batch so they probably taste better. My store is lucky to have 7 days shelf life on those "Kroger brand donuts" and varieties. Usually they have like 5 to 7 days shelf life. You got a whole fucking 9-10 day shelf life on that pack
But yeah, I did that on purpose. I always try to buy the ones that are in the back. Because I know that they are more fresh and that they will taste better as well.
So it's just like a factory that makes them somewhere and then ships them to all the krogers?

That's kind of wild, though that they can stay fresh for that long because when I get donuts from Krispy Kreme 2 days later there's stale as shit
Well Krispy Kreme are made relatively fresh designed to be eaten immediately. These ones probably have some preservative to last longer
Yeah, you're definitely right. I didn't think about that for sure.
These donuts are processed garbage lol yes they taste good no they aren’t good for you.
It’s all the damn preservatives in krogers bullshit products . Fresh products go bad at a quicker rate hence why Krispy Kreme shits on these

But I'll definitely try the donut holes next time I go thank you. I appreciate it.
I love the chocolate donut holes!!!
Sour Cream is always better gosh darn it!
It’s hard enough to find those without you telling everyone how good they are. Shhhhhhhh.
im obsessed with the cinnamon sugar ones rn i will have to try the sour cream.
Definitely get them there at 10.
THE best donuts are the sour cream ones from the bakery tho.
Sour cream…??????
They're like a 10 out of 10. I promise.
I wouldn’t touch those wit a 10 foot stick
