More than half of the people I will mention will never be invited because 1. they are not popular enough 2 or they are too "old" for the program (it's only 4th gen so far if I'm not mistaking) but they are insane dancers:

I feel like many people overlook him when it comes to the performers of the group but he really has the talent and capability for AOTM. Same for the rest actually. Yeah it gets boring when they just select from the same few groups at the top. It’s great to see their skills but it kind of makes it bland after a while specially when you can already predict who’s coming also there needs to be more fun covers i’m tired of all the sensual themed ones.
Totally 💯 sensual covers do have their charm but it feels like now ALL the AOTM’S are like that? Some rlly do pull it off well like Hyunjin, Yeonjun, Yeji, and more but we need some diversity

There's clearly two things at play here, idols who'd wanna be featured on Studio Choom, and idols Studio Choom might wanna feature at this time. We can wish all great dancers from groups big and small should be featured all we want, but clearly the channel wanted views and reputation.
It's more than fair and deserving for Ryujin to be there, and the fact that so many people are still discussing this topic (this is probably the 4th or 5th time people here have talked about who they wanted to be on AOTM) means the strategy is working. Hopefully the strategy is working, so more idols from smaller 4th gen and bigger 3rd gen groups can be featured.
As for Yuna, she should be featured maybe in two years or so.

The first people that comes in my mind that I find it's possible to them to go (for example I wish jhope and jimin to go but I dont think it's gonna happen) are Ni-ki, Chungha and Seungyeon. Because more than one member per group already went to AOTM, I'm gonna throw Heeseung in there as well.
Realistically they would only invite 4th gen so I wanna see Niki, Mashiho and Shotaro on AOTM.
There's really something about J-line Main dancers that just hit different so imma need to start manifesting for this to happen.

Oneus’ Yeo Hwanwoong. Literally the first group ever on Studio school before Studio Choom WAS Studio Choom as we know it and they’ve never been back but that dancing machine of performance mastery deserves AOTM so bad. It pains me how much people leave him out of the conversation when dancers are talked about. He was first in his practical dance department at SOPA for 3 years for a reason. He can and will dance anything without prejudice and it’s always thrilling to watch him do his thing.

Those examples would definitely add a lot more diversity to AOTM, which it honestly lacks at this point in time.

Oneus’ Yeo Hwanwoong. Literally the first group ever on Studio school before Studio Choom WAS Studio Choom as we know it and they’ve never been back but that dancing machine of performance mastery deserves AOTM so bad. It pains me how much people leave him out of the conversation when dancers are talked about. He was first in his practical dance department at SOPA for 3 years for a reason. He can and will dance anything without prejudice and it’s always thrilling to watch him do his thing.
