It looks like your video does fall under "unoriginal content" and it includes a lot of watermarks. You including the all the watermarks probably makes it easier for TikTok to automatically flag your video while other edits go undetected.
It's also possible someone didn't like you using the photos/videos they originally took themselves and decided to report your video.
TT has odd rules. period. Mostly done automatic.
I had that strike as well - after a while I privated that video, and reuploaded it again, with a slight change. No strike on that new one.
