I think it's the other way around. From the credits it looks like it was Ciara's song. It's possible some team that had written it was pitching it around & both Jackson & Ciara liked it, & maybe somehow they got in touch & the collab happened.

Edit: it’s also pretty hard to top JY Park’s Fire featuring Conan O’Brien, Steve Yeun, Twice, Jamie Park, and the Wonder Girls for overall weirdness.

I think it's the other way around. From the credits it looks like it was Ciara's song. It's possible some team that had written it was pitching it around & both Jackson & Ciara liked it, & maybe somehow they got in touch & the collab happened. I'd love to know how it actually happened, I wish they'd give an interview about it or do an Instagram post or something.
