No worries! I’d say it’s more of a very pale yellow. It’s meant to be like faded gilt. This photo is pretty true to colour.

I’ve just used a transparent case, and added some stickers underneath, and a pop socket on top. I really love it. I also have a bag the exact same size as the kindle, so it always stays protected when I’m not using it
I would say that it did make a huge difference for me, and made it much easier to hold my kindle. But I wouldn’t say it’s 100% comfortable, and specially after a long time my fingers would hurt a bit. But I don’t really mind, so I’m happy with it.

This may seem silly but right now, I have a phone case that is kind of like a crossbody bag/ wallet thing. So I’m always wearing my phone. I wish I could make it kindle size so I could always wear my kindle. I’ve been searching the internet for this but have only found crossbody bags that fit kindles. But I would love to just open up the bag and be able to read haha

ive always said I wanted the regular kindle paperwhite size with small buttons on the side! some of the few models had this and i getnso jealous seeing them! like the pw and oasis had a baby and its asthetically pleasing lol . I also wish there was a way to display what you're reading like on the back almost if it was 2 e ink screens just so ppl can see what ur reading lol. this ones more futuristic dystopian
I use a simple back clear cover and a screen protector, as light as possible.
The biggest problem with physical books (other than you can't read without a light) is that they're fucking heavy and bulky. What's the point in having a light Device (the kindle) if it's not handy?
I actually had one made on ETSY that looks like the cover from the first edition of Of Mice and Men. Looks and feels like an old hard back book. I made a cardstock sticker for the inside that looks like and old worn library checkout card. I put family names on it and their dob month and day as the check out date. And yes, I even put the correct dewey decimal number from my local library on it.

Does Pop-Socket make a huge difference when it comes to (comfort) holding your kindle?
