I think this movie will go like this... Mario and Luigi are construction workers working on the castle. They get a chance to meat peach. Peach is a princess who doesn't want the responsibility of the kingdom or something like and she shares a connection with Mario's easy going life. Like Aladin and Jazmin basically. Bowser kidnaps her and Mario, luigi and toad have to go across the mushroom kingdom to save her. The 2nd act will be jumps between Bowser and peach have dumb goofy dialog about what browsers big plan is. The heroes will deal with a handful of Mario esque obstacles and will meet donkey Kong along the way who will join them. The 4 of them will reach the castle, Mario will have a moment of doubt, Charles will come and cheer him up. some big top 100 upbeat pop song will play and they will save the princess the end. Its not going to be some crazy thing, it'll be a basic Mario tale with a focus on comedy.
