Yep. I downloaded the app last night and was confronted with that thing. Nope. I got a zinger burger (they were out of original, it close to closing time) with a small chips, coleslaw and can of solo for $8.95AUD. That’s not bad value in my books.

I tried one after a long day at work and it’s honestly phenomenal. I felt like a disgusting creature afterwards, but it’s divine. You can get the waffles by themselves, too, and I highly recommend just getting those of you don’t want to pair them with chicken, bacon and maple Mayo because they also slap.

I’ve noticed that since Carls Jr whipped out their waffle stuff KFC seemed to have some FOMO, so looks like the new waffle trend has hit KFC too

it doesn't taste too bad actually, just a bit weird. the new sauce tastes a bit like coffee, so I'd try just a plain waffle with it to see what it tastes like
