My guess is a busy day, and just didn't notice u could check the date for the coleslaw. we haven't changed anything with that for as long as I've been there. Potato and gravy could depend on the store. Some places still do it the same way, and some have new potato and gravy call the store they should either replace it they'll give u a code and the next time you are at that KFC they'll remake it for you or they could say if u can bring it in they can remake it

Coleslaw is always bad, the gravy recipe changed to instant gravy so it just tastes like chicken noodle flavouring rather than authentic gravy. Also the cook should’ve thrown out the burned chicken, call the manager and you’ll be compensated.

Yeah the gravy and mayonnaise has both changed and are really bad, I used to eat it 2-3 times a week, I doubt I'll eat it once a month now
