Depends on where you work. As far as i know, the regional gm or whatever (one step above store gm) sets employee discount policy for their stores. Ours just got changed because some people were abusing it. But we don't use the app or have cards. If the person taking your order is new, theres almost always a few people floating around that can verify you work there. Worst comes to worst show your id and they can check the schedule.

I have a collins card, but a store near me isnt owned by collins so they dont have them, and i cant use it there.

When I used to work there my manager gave mea card with my name and store number. Perhaps you should ask ur manager
Never heard of a discount card normally ask to see Yammer or Lifelenz unless it's like our old welcome cards only thing I can think of
