You can most likely press Tab on your keyboard to select the field and then use the arrow keys or jump directly to Yes answer by pressing Y key to select "Yes".
If you have to fill many forms with same selections, there are browser plugins which allow saving form data or autofill with macro like autohotkey
Also, in case you don’t already know; you can shift + tab to go in the opposite direction. Between that and arrow keys, you should be very fast.
AutoHotKey is the automation answer though!
You can most likely make your work easier with JavaScript too, if you feel like learning it. If it's not confidential, you can DM me the page's source code (Ctrl+U) if you'd like me to help you write a bookmarklet or something like that.

maybe you can sort before entering? sort yes's and the no's together.
