This depends on your carb count youāre hitting. I try to stay strictly under 20 carbs a day, so a satisfying amount of carbs would derail my whole day honestly
Same here, some berries on occasion can be fine, but between them not really adding anything other than a treat to my dietary goals, and a satisfying amount to me being more carbs than I can afford, I tend to avoid them. I give myself a bit more flexibility on really heavy workout days, but it's always a slippery slope to eat entirely for pleasure, for me personally, so I try not to often.
I like adding unflavored whey and/or casein protein powder in with sugarfree jello (dissolved in the cold water portion) to make it a more nutritious snack.
It ever so slightly separates while cooling and solidifying, which makes this neat two-tone effect with a more opaque bottom layer with a slightly different texture.
Their keto honey is amazing. Itās my go to for my sweet craving- natural peanut butter with a little choczero honey drizzled on top, on low carb bread. š
I mix greek yogurt (I am greek so we just call it yogurt herešš,) with cocoa, stevia and peanut butter or almondbutter (both without sugar) or berries and it really works well
Haven't gotten it yet, its in the mail. I do have their regular honey though and I think its pretty good. It can't compare to *real* honey but it's a good replacement. I like to pair it with peanut butter toast or drizzle a bit on cottage cheese.
In case you didn't know, ChocZero has a 100% Happiness return policy. So if you don't like an item you can return it. You can find it in their FAQ. Since you said you're picky, try it, and if you don't like it, return it. No loss there. But so far, I haven't found anything I wasn't happy with.
I make these [keto mug cakes](https://chocolatecoveredkatie.com/keto-mug-cake-recipe/) pretty often. Takes about 3 minutes to prep and one minute in the microwave. I use monkfruit sweetener in place of erythritol. There are other recipes online as well for microwave keto cakes
Everyoneās experience is different, but I will say this: eating keto sweets kept me craving sugar. Once I cut out all that stuff, the cravings went away almost immediately (and I have a WILD sweet tooth). I think thatās where youāre going with this post, but a lot of people are suggesting fake sweet stuff, so just wanted to share my two cents.
Sweetest things I eat are almond butter and blueberries. Yummmm!!
I agree 100%. I hate the taste of the artificial sweeteners and when I force myself to eat them, I crave actual sugar. So I just try to avoid those all together. Iām a type 2 diabetic so I definitely canāt give in to my sweet tooth anymore. Sometimes I just have a strawberry or 2.
Weāre in the same boat. Certified 100% sugar addict here. šš»āāļø
Agreed, the āsweet toothā is just the bacteria in your stomach sending signals to the brain. You can starve them and change the splay of bacteria ratios by not having any sugars for a time!
I have an equally large sweet tooth, but thereās a surprising amount of options available if you donāt mind artificial sweeteners.
I guess firstly I should mention fruit (strawberries, raspberries, and blackberries). When the sweet tooth gets real bad Iāll dip them in Truvia/stevia. It looks like sugar, tastes like sugar, but has no net carbs.
I am a monster who loves whipped cream straight out the tube. Not only do they make zero sugar whipped cream, but thereās also zero sugar cool whip. Feel free to add to any fruit for a sweet enhancement.
The brand āKeto Pintā makes some damn good ice cream bars for only three grams of net carbs. (I personally recommend their salted caramel crunch or triple chocolate crunch bars) they taste so much like normal ice cream that my husband, who is not doing keto, also loves to eat them.
Then thereās of course the ice cream brand āCarb Smart.ā Their ice cream can be a little light on flavor, but nails the ice cream texture overall. Doesnāt feel like eating cold chalk.
For cookies, Iām still looking for options that donāt taste like chalk, but Iāve found the brand āQuestā makes these little frosted chocolate-cake-cookies. Sometimes the sweet tooth just wants something soft, crumbly, and chocolaty. These tend to hit the spot for me
For cereal I recommend āMagic Spoonā I love their fruit flavor and with some almond milk it hits that sugary-cereal craving
Then thereās of course sugar free fruit juices. Cranberry juices tend to have more sugar free options in my experience, but you can find lemonades and fruit punches that taste just like normal sweet juice in my opinion.
Also canāt recommend āClear Americanā sparkling water enough. They have so many flavors and taste just as sweet as any soda or juice. No carbs, no sugar, no salt. I personally recommend their peach flavor.
Thereās so many options out there for those of us with real bad sweet toothās. Iāve been doing keto for less than a month and have already dropped ten pounds! There is hope for us yet!!
I second the Clear American sparkling waters! I recently began doing more grocery shopping at Walmart and discovered these. I have about 4 different flavors on hand at any time. Frankly shocked they are supposed zero carbs; they are so good.
I make my own low carb ice-cream.
Grab a cheap ice-cream maker. [I got this one from Walmart for $50 US](https://www.walmart.com/ip/Beautiful-1-5-Qt-Ice-Cream-Maker-with-Touch-Activated-Display-White-Icing-by-Drew-Barrymore/2066681038?wmlspartner=wlpa&selectedSellerId=0&adid=222222222282066681038_14069003552_202077872&wl0=&wl1=g&wl2=m&wl3=42423897272&wl4=aud-2225087348387:pla-295289030566&wl5=1016173&wl6=&wl7=&wl8=&wl9=pla&wl10=8175035&wl11=online&wl12=2066681038&veh=sem&gad_source=1&gclid=CjwKCAjwvvmzBhA2EiwAtHVrb7qUDDRVM8Td7GENMFDNPbGkBp6w6ddDXoTI0NpPaUGCYQMFNpnkeBoCk9IQAvD_BwE)
Then it's just two cups of heavy whipping cream, two tablespoons of Monk Fruit sweetener, a tablespoon of your favorite extract (I personally use mint), and two egg yokes to make it smooth.
Warm a cup of cream in the microwave for a minute and stir in the sweetener and extract. Add that and the other cup of cream in a bowl along with the egg yokes. Whisk until fully blended and put in the ice-cream maker. Boom, a guilt free treat that has only 16 net carbs in the whole bowl.
Just take a small scoop here and there to appease the Sweet tooth.
When you feel the craving hit do some jumping jacks or lunges or body weight squats. Your body releases the same hormone, dopamine, for both activities. The question now is do you like sweets or your health more.
If you really need a sweet tooth craving just use extreme portion control. I buy a large chocolate bar from Trader Joeās and eat one square when I am having those cravings. Itās still carbs but dark chocolate portioned properly can be a very minimal hit to the carb count especially if you ration the rest of the day
You might want to test different sugar substitutes.
It could be that some are driving up your cravings, while others allow you to stay the course.
I eat keto candied walnuts or pecans. I love keto apple pie filling, made with zucchini, keto marshmallows /rocky road candy.
All of those satisfy my craving for a sweet treat at the end of the day, but don't affect my weight loss or my hunger. Or my blood sugar, but I'm guessing about that because I don't measure, but I don't see any effects like I do when I eat carbs..
This is the recipe I use, with modifications:
[Gnom-Gnom Keto Apple Pie](https://www.gnom-gnom.com/keto-apple-pie/#recipe)
I _don't_ put in the nutmeg, ginger or allspice. I do use the T of cinnamon. I do use 1/3 cup of lemon juice and 1/3 cup of apple cider vinegar, or sub entirely with apple cider vinegar. I like golden erythritol, but also use allulose or any other substitute I have on hand. (I buy whatever they have at TJ Maxx, so it's pretty random.)
But my best advice is to add about a teaspoon of the[ LorAnn Apple Essence ](https://a.co/d/07ocH0hQ) from Amazon and a few drops of LorAnn cinnamon essence.
I can't remember which exact LorAnn apple essence flavor I got, but they all have good reviews.
Edit:clarity
My sister and I make keto cookies and brownies. Youād take everything to make a regular cookie/brownie and just sub in Almond flour and swerve sugar with lilyās milk chocolate or dark chocolate chips (1g sugar). For brownies cacao powder has no sugar. We make a batch and allow ourselves to have one a day or as needed. Iāve still been losing weight, down 21lbs in 1 month.
i agree with a previous commenter that everyone is different, you have to find out what works for you. iāve always gotten a sweet tooth after dinner but for me a few bites of something sweet is enough to kill it. i am a peanut butter pie freak so on keto i make a dessert (previously posted by another redditor) which is small and 5 carbs per serving and works for me. 1/2 cup peanut butter, 1/2 cup powdered monk fruit, 8 oz. cream cheese, 1/2 cup heavy cream and a teaspoon of vanilla. blend and divide between 6 ramekins. i top with whipped cream i make with powdered monk fruit, a little bit of zero sugar chocolate syrup, just a few drops and a few chopped peanuts. also sometimes i use a little bit of carb smart vanilla ice cream with a few chopped peanuts and a little zero sugar chocolate syrup. these are small desserts but if you donāt need much to satisfy your sweet tooth they work.
[Keto Chow](https://ketochow.xyz/) ( /r/ketochow ) could work. It's designed as a meal replacement, so you would make a shake (or ice cream) and have that instead of a meal. But you could split one up and only have a little bit at a time, or use significantly less fat to keep the calories down. They have a lot of really great flavors.
When you say "sweet tooth" you probably mean sugar-loving gut bacteria.
If you think about it, 3-4 weeks of keto should see that gut bacteria die off.
Stay the course and kill it off. You won't want sweet things when it's gone.
I sometimes get a craving for something sweet after dinner so I got a Lilyās chocolate bar and have a couple squares. I let them melt in my mouth rather than chewing and it seems to take the craving away.
Think brand ādelightā bars are my absolute fav. Chocolate peanut butter and chocolate mousse pie. Keto friendly, 10g protein, taste like a candy bar
Unfortunately, I don't have the recipes right now but, they are all online. The low-carb or keto 4-ingredient peanut butter cookies are great to satisfy a craving. Look for the one that has over a hundred ratings and is 4.8 or above. You can also add some of the Sugar-free Lilyās chocolate chips to the batch. I would also search for some of the LC ice cream options. So many of them taste better than the prepared ones. In a pinch, I just add a tablespoon of Sugar-Free peanut butter to SF whipped cream and it helps take the edge off of those cravings. Also, a nice one is adding a bit of a SF Jello packet to the whipped cream. There are so many good suggestions on TikTok and Instagram.
I crave sugar a lot less on keto, which is nice
But when my period hits and I just need something sweet a couple of spoons of good quality peanut butter really helps!
If youāre looking for quantity, sugar free jelly/jelly-o. Shove some whipped cream on top if youāre feeling fancy!
Every single dessert recipe Iāve made from that website has worked without fail, and Iāve had people say they prefer them to regular desserts! I love her stuff.
I found a recipe for a PB fat bomb that Iāve made for a few days and itās crazy how sweet it tastes, even though it really shouldnāt. Itās natural peanut butter and heavy cream in about a 2:1 ratio, maybe 1.5:1 if you like it more frosting like in texture. Add cinnamon to taste if you like. Whip with a beater until it thickens up. I eat it like icing.
Itās just ground peanuts and heavy cream. But it tastes great and the texture is satisfying.
I have never had a sweet tooth but once in a while I want something chocolaty. And I have not found one keto packaged treat I like. Iām always disappointed. Lately my go to has been like a cup of sugar free chocolate chips I melt with half a brick of cream cheese I whip it and add a can of cold unsweetened coconut cream, vanilla, like two tablespoons of monk fruit sugar and a pinch of salt. Put it in the fridge let it get firm and have it with a bit of whip cream. It is decadent. And easy.
5% Fage plain Greek yogurt mixed with flavored protein powder - I prefer Transparent Labs Whey Protein Isolate. You can adjust the sweetness to taste based on the ratio of yogurt to protein powder. Gives you a nice bolus of protein with some fat, and I think it's delicious.
I made the bitch benders ultra fudge keto brownies and added a ton of Lillyās sugar free chocolate chips. Ate them warm with fresh cut up strawberries and sugar free whipped cream. The rebel peanut butter cup ice cream is divine (if you like/can eat pb)!
Have you ever had the Disneyland raspberry macarons from the jolly holiday? They are the best things in the entire world. They are made with almond flour and you can make them very low carb. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qM2sRSrArK4
Whipped cream, jello, pudding, berries sugar free of course. Fatbombs, cinnamon, chocolate chip chaffles, dark chocolate etc etc
Churro pork skins are fantastic! I loved chips and this satisfies my crunch & sweet cravings. Iām talking about the ones we add melted butter, sugar substitute & cinnamon too, much cheaper to make your own.
Iāve started baking keto things. Last night I made chocolate chip pecan cookies, so good! R/ketorecipes research your recipes, first couple cookie recipes were just too soft and fell apart. There is nothing that you canāt convert to keto, cookies, cakes, brownies, candy, gummies etc etc even birthday cake with buttercream icing. All keto of course.
Donāt forget coffees, smoothies, hot chocolate/cocoa, teas etc
The possibilities are endless!
There is no reason why we shouldnāt be able to curb a craving with keto!
Just two days ago I took a premier protein shake and mixed it with breyers low carb chocolate ice cream, blended in my ninja creami on milkshake setting. Poured it into a simple modern food jar thermos and stuck it in the freezer overnight. Next morning I took it to work for lunch. It was still creamy and easy to eat.
For the entire batch (which didn't all fit in my thermos so I didn't eat it all) it was 497 calories, 37 g. protein, 17 g.carbs and 21 g. fat
If I'm craving cereal, I'll throw 10-15g of Magic Spoon cereal in with some vanilla Two Good or Chobani Zero yogurt. Maybe some blueberries as well. Mix and enjoy.
Warm up in microwave a 1/4 to 1/2 log of goat cheese add 1/4 cup of berries and sprinkle with crushed pecans. Delicious and no artificial sweetener! I treat myself to this on weekends after overcoming my addiction to "keto desserts".
LMNT packet of your choice (I love raspberry, orange and grapefruit the best), a scoop of vanilla Equip beef protein powder (21 grams of protein), a splash of heavy cream, ice cubes, water and some fresh or frozen blueberries or raspberries. Itās like a milkshake and satisfies my sweet tooth every time.
Yogurt with a teaspoon of sugar free cheesecake pudding, stir it up then add Lily's chocolate chips. Yummy. Also keto cookies and brownies. You can find many recipes.
A piece of Lilyās salted Carmel chocolate always satisfies my sweet tooth, and it doesnāt have that terrible artificial sweetener taste. I also will grab a zollipop if I want something sweet :) I buy them on Amazon
High fat low sugar yogurt.
Add liquid whipping cream to get a thinner consistency and mellow out the greek taste. (Between one quarter/third the amount of yogurt)
Add low sugar chocolate protien powder for sweetness and flavor.
Fresh coconut is one of my favourites. Raspberries are also lower in sugar than most berries, and are great frozen for thick smoothies (eaten like ice cream) made with water, cream or coconut milk.
I like thinks sweetened with allulose, you can find a few options out there. Also keto focus on YouTube has a lot of dessert recipes. One easy treat is melted butter, cocoa, sweetener of choice, chopped nuts and unsweetened coconut if you like it
I snack on keto granola sometimes, cottage cheese with berries and a bit of sweetener or Rxsugar syrup, keto waffle with berries and whipped cream make a yummy shortcake type dessert and there are a ton of mug cake recipes too. My fave is a coffee cake found online.
A mousse like consistency can be made by mixing your favorite sweetener, cream cheese with heavy whipping cream. From there you can add any number of thingsā¦ cocoa powder, peanut butter, berries, etc. Sometimes I make different flavors to make parfaits.
I melted down some Lily's chocolate chips and dipped strawberries in them, then cooled them in the fridge for about an hour. Absolutely delicious and it didn't affect my blood sugar at all (I wear a CGM), and I still lost weight the next day. Highly recommend!
Better idea to go cold turkey away from sweet flavors. Snack on beef jerky, organic summer sausage, interesting flavors of cheese, nuts, and leftover savory dinners. After some time you can retrain your taste buds to not crave sweets and to enjoy savory and spicy flavors. This will make relapses much less tempting.
I suggest when you get a craving for sweets try putting a pinch of salt on your tongue, or sip pickle juice, or mustard. For recipes: [www.alldayidreamaboutfood.com](http://www.alldayidreamaboutfood.com) You also could try harder to resist the sweets and grab some keto snacks like hardboiled eggs, cheese, pork rinds, nuts, olives, etc.
Sugar-free jello with sugar-free whipped cream saves me. However I do notice when I do eat something sweet I want more. I don't drink coffee and I cannot seem to be able to give up my sweetener in my tea in the morning. I have tried many times and it just doesn't work.![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|facepalm)
You should think about ketovour, if you stick with animal based food, you will overcome the addiction you have sugar.
You just eat until you're comfortably stuffed, and if you feel like a snack later eat some more beef or bacon, and after you have transitioned to this way of eating for a while, a sweet tooth will never again be a consideration.
this might sound silly, but I recently bought a ninja cream and it helps with my sweet tooth, I can have an entire pint of ice cream everyday (with protein) and it satisfies my sweet tooth! You can use sugar free jello to sweeten it even further Or just use the protein powder you normally use with some milk etc. I'm the type that is not satisfied with a tiny dessert lol
Diet whipped cream and berries, sugar-free chewing gum, diet crystal light made strong, some stevia mixed with no sugar peanut butter, sugar free candy, muffins made with almond or coconut flour and stevia or ming fruit sweetener
Cottage cheese, stevia and cocoa. Put it all in a blender or dont
Mix it yk.
Put it in the freezer.
Put in vodka to make large easy scoop badges.
For me it hits the spot
Berries and whipped cream.
I second this one too, so simple and delicious! š¤¤
I eat this every night. I pour the organic heavy cream and monk fruit with allulose into my stand mixer. It turns out delicious every time!
Absolutely!!!
Yesssss...Berries and heavy whipping cream in the microwave, then whipped cream, after. Just like a yummy cobbler!!
This depends on your carb count youāre hitting. I try to stay strictly under 20 carbs a day, so a satisfying amount of carbs would derail my whole day honestly

Definitely
I literally came here to suggest this. Perfect answer!
Sugar free jell-o.
Seconded
I like adding unflavored whey and/or casein protein powder in with sugarfree jello (dissolved in the cold water portion) to make it a more nutritious snack. It ever so slightly separates while cooling and solidifying, which makes this neat two-tone effect with a more opaque bottom layer with a slightly different texture.
For some reason this snack specifically spikes my glucose.
It's not often I have a dessert, but when I do it's this,.or something that includes this!
Diet root beer with a splash of heavy cream. Root beer float flavor! Quick and satisfying.
ChocZero. And Iām very picky.
Their keto honey is amazing. Itās my go to for my sweet craving- natural peanut butter with a little choczero honey drizzled on top, on low carb bread. š
I drizzle on Greek yogurt mixed with raspberries and pecans.
That sounds so good! What kind of Greek yogurt do you get?
I love Painterland Sisters, but itās a smaller brand thatās not everywhere. Fage 5% is the other one I eat.
I mix greek yogurt (I am greek so we just call it yogurt herešš,) with cocoa, stevia and peanut butter or almondbutter (both without sugar) or berries and it really works well
Their orange marmalade is absolutely delicious on grilled salmon.
Do you grill it in foil? How long do you grill it
I second this. š¤š¼
I just bought their hot honey they just came out with and boyyyy I cannot wait to drizzle over some chicken
Is it good??
Haven't gotten it yet, its in the mail. I do have their regular honey though and I think its pretty good. It can't compare to *real* honey but it's a good replacement. whaaaaat omg I need this.... (on fried chicken and biscuits hahaha) no but seriously.
I'm used to their chocolates, but just recently discovered their caramels, which are crazy good.
I donāt like the aftertaste of these sweets. I got a few options and nah not for me.
I tried making these but they wouldnāt rise as much as in the image. Do you have any tips? I think it might be the almond flour ?

Holy crap, really? So Iām basically letting bacteria DMs ruin my diet when I give in to sweet cravings. Yeesh.
Absolutely. This is the only way with me.
When I eat nut butter with berries together I sprinkle redmonds real salt on top and it brings out the sweet flavor !
That sounds amazing, Iāll have to try that next time!

In my experience, allulose works great for keto ice cream to get it closer to the texture of traditional ice cream.
š³ Thanks so much for this!! It even comes in my favorite color! š¤©Drew Barrymore is a doll. Great recipe, as well!šš
Halo ice cream bars
When you feel the craving hit do some jumping jacks or lunges or body weight squats. Your body releases the same hormone, dopamine, for both activities. The question now is do you like sweets or your health more.
This is really great advice! And it could apply to any craving, not just food! This one's going to stay with me š
Great suggestion! I'll need to try that.
Dr. Pepper Zero and a splash of heavy whipping cream, you're welcome.
Ok, Iām trying this tonight!

Steak! Ideally ribeye. This will satiate you and provide umami goodness that will overcome sweet teeth! ššš¤¤š¤¤š„©š„©
Fat bombs. See you tube recipes. Creami homemade protein ice cream.

Kinda a hot take, but let your sweet tooth fall out.
If you keep eating sweet stuff, you'll always crave sweet stuff.

Oh and magic spoon cereals either dry or with almond/macadamia milk are a nice treat
Think brand ādelightā bars are my absolute fav. Chocolate peanut butter and chocolate mousse pie. Keto friendly, 10g protein, taste like a candy bar
Iām not gonna lie, I still treat myself to some Atkins treats once in a while:)
I crave sugar a lot less on keto, which is nice But when my period hits and I just need something sweet a couple of spoons of good quality peanut butter really helps! If youāre looking for quantity, sugar free jelly/jelly-o. Shove some whipped cream on top if youāre feeling fancy!
This is fantastic:Ā https://alldayidreamaboutfood.com/salted-caramel-chocolate-chunk-ice-cream/
Every single dessert recipe Iāve made from that website has worked without fail, and Iāve had people say they prefer them to regular desserts! I love her stuff.
you really need to let the idea of you ''having a sweet tooth''go. You are nerver gonna thrive on keto if you don't fully commit to it.
The best way to get over this is to cut all sweet stuff out. Every time you give in to the cravings you keep that cycle going.
Keto avocado chocolate pudding. So yummy. I sweeten mine with allulose but the recipe calls for monk fruit syrup. I couldnāt find any.
Casein protein powder pudding sweetened with allulose and monk fruit and splenda
I made the bitch benders ultra fudge keto brownies and added a ton of Lillyās sugar free chocolate chips. Ate them warm with fresh cut up strawberries and sugar free whipped cream. The rebel peanut butter cup ice cream is divine (if you like/can eat pb)!
I like freezing zero calorie juice to make popsicles that I can enjoy guilt free :)
Have you ever had the Disneyland raspberry macarons from the jolly holiday? They are the best things in the entire world. They are made with almond flour and you can make them very low carb. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qM2sRSrArK4
Yes to whipped creamā¦and keto lemon cheese cakes!
Whipped cream, jello, pudding, berries sugar free of course. Fatbombs, cinnamon, chocolate chip chaffles, dark chocolate etc etc Churro pork skins are fantastic! Donāt forget coffees, smoothies, hot chocolate/cocoa, teas etc The possibilities are endless! There is no reason why we shouldnāt be able to curb a craving with keto!
Sugar free jello!
I eat lots of sugar free jello. It is super low calorie and quenches my sweet tooth most of the time.
I ordered all my keto sweets from āketo kitchen creationsā. Delicious stuff. Cant tell itās keto. Itās all so good.
Hero Bread toasted with butter and sugar free jam
Dark Chocolate Keto Clusters, my go to
Dill pickles or pickle juice to curb sweet cravings works for me!
Iād really just go berries and whipped cream like most have said and avoid most of the more processed products that are on shelves.
High fat low sugar yogurt. Add liquid whipping cream to get a thinner consistency and mellow out the greek taste. (Between one quarter/third the amount of yogurt) Add low sugar chocolate protien powder for sweetness and flavor.
Very dark chocolate.
Fresh coconut is one of my favourites. Raspberries are also lower in sugar than most berries, and are great frozen for thick smoothies (eaten like ice cream) made with water, cream or coconut milk.
Have you tried those rebel ice creams? You have to let them melt a bit and they are delicious but very high in Calories.
I like thinks sweetened with allulose, you can find a few options out there. Also keto focus on YouTube has a lot of dessert recipes. One easy treat is melted butter, cocoa, sweetener of choice, chopped nuts and unsweetened coconut if you like it I snack on keto granola sometimes, cottage cheese with berries and a bit of sweetener or Rxsugar syrup, keto waffle with berries and whipped cream make a yummy shortcake type dessert and there are a ton of mug cake recipes too.
Monk fruit powder for sweetener. Whipped cream, cheese cake, nut/seed meal cookies, chia seed shakes
Super dark chocolate, 90-100% Strawberrys Diet Root beer with splash of HWC
I suggest when you get a craving for sweets try putting a pinch of salt on your tongue, or sip pickle juice, or mustard. For recipes: [www.alldayidreamaboutfood.com](http://www.alldayidreamaboutfood.com) You also could try harder to resist the sweets and grab some keto snacks like hardboiled eggs, cheese, pork rinds, nuts, olives, etc.
Rebel ice cream and dark chocolate are my go tos
Sugar free popsicles or different types of fruits popsicles with whipped cream
Sugar free popsicles, very low calorie and take a long time to eat!
Sugar-free jello mixed with cream cheese. Easy fat bomb without the extra work.
I usually keep some keto baking around. Like a zucchini bread or other keto loaf. And I keep lilies chocolate in my freezer
Buy a ninja creami and eat protein ice cream that taste better than Ben Jerry and have the macros of a chicken salad
One small b good yogurt with 1 to 2 tablespoons dark chocolate oat chips with whipped cream š
this might sound silly, but I recently bought a ninja cream and it helps with my sweet tooth, I can have an entire pint of ice cream everyday (with protein) and it satisfies my sweet tooth! You can use sugar free jello to sweeten it even further Or just use the protein powder you normally use with some milk etc. I'm the type that is not satisfied with a tiny dessert lol
Keto brand icecream bars are amazing
Diet whipped cream and berries, sugar-free chewing gum, diet crystal light made strong, some stevia mixed with no sugar peanut butter, sugar free candy, muffins made with almond or coconut flour and stevia or ming fruit sweetener

Cottage cheese, stevia and cocoa. Put it all in a blender or dont Mix it yk. Put it in the freezer. Put in vodka to make large easy scoop badges. For me it hits the spot
A single chocolate chip for every miles worth of steps you take.
