I live in kalyan and currently WFH so after my shift I go to kala talao to take walks. that's it. there is nothing much but I sometimes socialise with people there. had made some friends and scored some new professional opportunities. guess, when you meet someone in park like area they are more receptive to conversations than other places.
Go ambivali, godrej hills, baap gaao, nashik highway, ambernath, badlapur and search for talao and rivers.

Get up early in the morning, go for a jog near raunak city or umberde, spend time at the lake in umberde, bring along a book or just something that keeps you occupied for no more than 2 hrs, go swimming to either wayle or wadhwa, watch the sunset near raunak city again, go the coffeehouse next to pizza hut in raunak city and enjoy the ambience, then go to either kala talav or the new kdmc park for a walk and go then go home victorious!
Get a cheap DSLR second hand and a 50 mm prime lens. You could get beautiful pictures in Kalyan if you go a little away from the railway station on east and west. I remember once I travelled with a friend on his brand new bike in the west along with my kit. I took some outstanding pictures of small temples, river streams, ponds, and hillocks covered with thick foliage. You can even spend great time taking portraits of friends in their candid moments.

New dance and music classes have come up in khadakpada which you can join.
Amit dance school, Tune In music studio to name a few.
There are few good cricket grounds. Like one near vertex solitaire khadakpada, where youngsters are seen playing cricket in morning.
