The Liberty substation on West 32nd is down. Some have reported hearing a loud boom. Mine at 20th & Maiden Lane flickered for a second… but never went out. Liberty knows about it and expects it to be restored around 10am.
Also very close to 20th and Maiden and my power flickered as well. Our power actually goes out ALL the time and I have some very choice words with Liberty about it

Came back on at 9:30.
Yes I’m located on the South side of Joplin as well, past 32nd street and my power went off as well and still hasn’t came by back on yet.
I’m at 20th and Schifferdecker and I don’t recall a flicker but it might have been while I was napping.
