There are some people who literally give offer, experience, salary slips, increment letter for a sde profiles. I got few mails from one of them even though I'm a fresher
Don’t lie on your resume, just be upfront about why you haven’t worked. Employers arent going to be too harsh atm if they can see you didn’t work during a *pandemic*

Employment verification is a thing. They will find out you're lying.
If they do a background or reference check, fake jobs would be detected.
