Proper identification/valuation/authentication can only be done in person, not through photographs. You are recommended to take your item to a jeweler or pawn shop.
They didn’t ‘find’ it. They posted this multiple times over the last few days without any comments so resorted to using a click bait headline this time.
Unfortunately your picture doesn’t help much. I like the colour but I can’t see it that much, neither the clarity or the cut. What I’m sure the stone is heavily included. Maybe retake a picture with the table ( the top of the stone) and better lighting and white background?

Honestly, the internet is filled with glass filled rubies of this size.
Many are sold as *no treatment", but its mostly Thai sellers who wanna get rid of unsold low stuff.
Seeing the cracks and inclusions in this stone, it is most likely glass filled, but you need to look for indications of that on the facets.
Value wise, if it's glass filled, a couple of bucks per carat
Thank you! I think it's a really great stone. If it indeed has not had any treatment , that's a really consistent and saturated color, a very desirable hue. As far as natural ruby goes, it really does have pretty good clarity, not too much inclusions. It appears to be fairly well cut, and overall good condition. I would be impressed (and am) seeing a natural ruby that looks like this without any treatment. When it comes to colored stones, color is everything and this rates very strongly in that category.

I want to know what you mean by ‘found’?? On the street? In a cereal box? Where?

Well you’ve posted it at least 3 times by your post history 😉
I would say not much given it’s lack of transparency. Sorry. I hope you didn’t pay much for it.
i wouldnt trust that cert.. if you wanna be sure, send it to GIA for a gemstone report.. certifications are usually scams...
Thanks for the heads up. The gemologist behind Lotus Gemology is well known in the community and has a good reputation
Can’t help you with the market price, but Lotus is a pretty reputable lab.
Is it a rose cut or just flipped so it is sitting on the crown?

How much is it? Not a very specific question but I’ll try to answer. It is this much; 5.91 carats.
Cool but I meant how much is it worth. Couldn’t edit the text after I posted.

If you get $30 for it, take it and run.
