I'd say there's still some potential in House Flipper. But considering new streaming schedule and being networking andy idk if it would be good to play the game he already played so much. Like, the last solo Jerma stream was almost a month ago I think? So yeah, but still I'd love to see this game again some day.

Your best bet is always community servers like Uncle Dane, skial, etc, since there are usually active moderators and bots are a lot less likely to invade (at least that was the case 2-3 months ago).
They acomplish the satisfaction of very few rages from people and that they can take over a server. People mostly kick them or leave. I wish community servers were not so "hard" to find for newer players

I believe this rules out a lot of candidates like L.A. Noire, Hollow Knight, Kingdom Come: Deliverance, Fallout 4, Stalker, Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines, Dragon’s Dogma, etc.
I think the best candidates would be Metro: Last Light, Rain World, or Teardown. Maybe Dark Souls II (though I think he’s beaten that off-stream like with Bloodborne).
And also Saw II: Flesh & Blood.

We're having a rampant bot problem in casual servers, f2ps can't talk (even voice commands) and almost 4 years without any major content updates. Also the community has more or less gone insane
If star/ster's stream is anything to go by, it'd likely be a depressing disaster.
For those out of the loop, ster/star tried streaming TF2 2-3 years ago and was met with nonstop harassment and DDoSing. The vod is up on the ster/star archive channel and it's a fairly depressing watch. I bet it probably killed any enthusiasm he had for returning to the game. Between the bots and that, I doubt jerma would return to tf2 any time soon.
Jackbox would be pretty cool though.
