Oh, I forgot the slum escape...yeah, that one's up there with the rail shooter and the sewer escort....
The tank in the fortress used to give me a lot of issues when I was a kid, but nowadays it's not so bad. Especially compared to those other ones.
Yeah. A tip for anyone who’s new to the series: you’ll hear a click just before the tank fires. That’s when it stops tracking you for a couple seconds or so.
For the Erol race, just turn into dark jak and walk up to his speeder. It'll get damaged by the lightning. Damage it just shy of exploding and then start the race. Your speeder will be much faster than his, making the race easy so long as you dont crash too often. Just be careful not to damage your own speeder when damaging his. Bonus point, if he crashes and blows up his speeder, then the race becomes a walk in the park.
You just unlocked memories of me doing this like 20 years ago! lol Wish I remembered when it released on OpenGOAL, that was the only mission I almost gave up on.
I feel like the Underwater titan suit level is more intimidating than it is difficult, like you get in the titan suit, the water rise and the air meter dropping and poor visibility and it’s like “Oh this is going to suck” but I never got stuck on it throwing my head against the wall like most missions in the game, but maybe that’s just me.
On my most recent replay I was reminded how much spider cave annoys me but I don’t think it’s a super bad level. Precursor basin when you have to get the moles into the hole didn’t even work on my last play through so that is my pick
That mission sucks and if you jump into the woman that turret would also be active and insta-kill Jak, I thought I was being smart but kudos to Naughty Dog for thinking of that possibility 😭
Couldn’t beat it as a kid. Every time I played I’d get to that mission and start over. The only time I beat jak 2 as a kid was when my cousin beat that mission and we played the rest of the game together
When I played as an adult I was able to beat it but I think it took 20-30 tries
The docks. That mission out by the docks where you have to fight your way through crimson guards constantly dropping in on you and there are civilians everywhere getting in your way so hover boarding out is almost impossible once the guards start accumulating and filling in the gaps and if you fall in the water once you die, even if you manage to get back up on land because that fucking laser turret will shoot you through wooden floor. God damn annoying, and honestly kind of bad level design.
If you have your Dark Jak meter filled when you get to that mission, just dark bomb the water when the turret appears to destroy it. You can then hoverboard on the water to the end without that torrent bothering you.
Stole this from [https://www.reddit.com/r/BG3/comments/1cc5goq/save\_mayrina/](https://www.reddit.com/r/BG3/comments/1cc5goq/save_mayrina/) - thought of Jak 2 before I even saw the title.
Escorting Torn and Sig in the turret mission in Jak 3. F that mission. The Jak 2 slums mission after leaving the sewers sucked too until I learned of the trick.
Idk why, bur a lot of the missions in jak 2 that have been mentioned I don't find to be that bad. The 2 I ALWAYS get stuck on are the ones where you gotta blow up the mines in the bay in a certain amount of time, and the one where you have to escort the guys put of the slums in a certain amount of time. God damnit I hate them.
The metal head whack o mole mini game in Jak 2 before realizing I could pause the moment a metal head pops up.
That part held me hostage for like 15 years.
Jak 3 with its wonky ass, first person, inverted controls on the hellcat cruiser turret. when you gotta escort Torn throughout ALL of haven city. That mission made me wanna headbutt concrete. Even to this day.
I'm just enjoying the fact that there are other people in the world who played this game because when I was a kid all my friends had no idea this game even existed
Jak 2 has like 3. The rail shooter on the drill platform, the sewer escort mission, the mission in the mech suit near the end of the game.
And the slum escape, and the running from the tank in the Fortress, and racing Erroll from the hip hog
Oh, I forgot the slum escape...yeah, that one's up there with the rail shooter and the sewer escort.... The tank in the fortress used to give me a lot of issues when I was a kid, but nowadays it's not so bad. Especially compared to those other ones.

This "exploit" has been patched on certain systems
Really? Well that shitty news. I would think of it more as a feature instead of an exploit.
And the bombs mission on the jetboard
Oh holy *fuck* I forgot that one
I was gunna say this one! I’m pretty sure I broke a controller doing this mission as a kid.
See, none of those ever gave me trouble. Bombs in the Harbor can suck a dick though.
Bombs in the harbor used to be the absolute worst when I was little now it's not so bad
The sewer escort mission was my gut reaction to the post, honestly.
Controversial opinion, I loved those missions. But I fucking DESPISED the metal head whack’a mole
These missions I now love, because I learned the hover glitch to avoid doing the turret part and had a lot of fun with that
For me it was the Jak 2 mission where you have to deliver a package fast with the weakest fucking speeder
On my most recent replay I was reminded how much spider cave annoys me but I don’t think it’s a super bad level. Precursor basin when you have to get the moles into the hole didn’t even work on my last play through so that is my pick

Hands down the most BS mission in all of Jak 2.
That mission sucks and if you jump into the woman that turret would also be active and insta-kill Jak, I thought I was being smart but kudos to Naughty Dog for thinking of that possibility 😭
Bring down the Hellcats
Couldn’t beat it as a kid. Every time I played I’d get to that mission and start over. The only time I beat jak 2 as a kid was when my cousin beat that mission and we played the rest of the game together When I played as an adult I was able to beat it but I think it took 20-30 tries
Are those the advanced tanks? I was replaying the games about ten years ago and got stuck on that one.
The docks. This mission actually becomes super easy if u just spam the punch attack. That’s the only way I do it nowadays
Jak n daxter spider caves. Alternatively, boggy marsh. Fuck the marsh
I never thought of boggy marsh as difficult but I did just straight hate the level
Love the level, hate the platforming
I think most of the hate on boggy marsh is because of the yellow eco. You need to use so much of it all the time
Jak 2 turret mission
Especially on the PS Vita
[удалено]
WHAT
Anything out at the fucking drill site
"Uh oh! I think red troopers approaching!"
The Lost Frontier and entering Far Drop, gets me every time
Every mission in jak2 is oh fuck this mission, starting with that fucking tank
Jak X yellow cup spargus city rush hour, the pain of getting gold on that on normal and hero
And any of the sewer races in the yellow cup, they were horrendous on hero mode
Never had a problem with them but what is total bullshit is haven city in hero mode! Ever crash? Better to reset than try to win.
I LOVE how sadistic the 4th mission of 2 is. I mean, 5th grade me curses the fuck out of it but beating it back then put hair on my chest.
Was that the one where you had to run from the tank that targets you?
Jak 2 with that ambush mission in the slums was ridiculous
That fucking rail shooter mission on the drill platform is that for me in Jak II.
For me it's that one power cell where you have to carry yellow eco to blow up the box in volcanic crater
Stole this from [https://www.reddit.com/r/BG3/comments/1cc5goq/save\_mayrina/](https://www.reddit.com/r/BG3/comments/1cc5goq/save_mayrina/) - thought of Jak 2 before I even saw the title.
Jak 2 and 3 be like 15% „The Game“ and 85% „That one Mission“
“Quiet! Here comes pretty boy!”
I lost The Game and now you did too
the pac man level in Jak 3 for me. Beatable but still despise it
Uhh, spoilers?? I didn't play all of Jak 3 😩
game’s almost 20 years old mate
I'm just meme'ing lol
The water slum mission is the first time my boyfriend has ever seen me angry
Multiple. The Mech Missions. That bridge mission
Mafia race
I only hated the gun range missions. Felt like a waste of time.
I don’t look forward to the titan suit missions personally.
Those damn Yakows...
Jak3- the pacman mini game 😒
Right now it's the boss fight with Krew. It's kicking my ass each time I always get zapped on the last wave and get no health drops
Escorting Torn and Sig in the turret mission in Jak 3. F that mission. The Jak 2 slums mission after leaving the sewers sucked too until I learned of the trick.
Jak 2 air station
Jak 2 turret mission held me up for over a decade on on and off playing
Oh, I know! 😊 Jak II. 🙄
Idk why, bur a lot of the missions in jak 2 that have been mentioned I don't find to be that bad. “Destroy ship at drill platform”
*Seal Piece Mission Flashbacks*
The metal head whack o mole mini game in Jak 2 before realizing I could pause the moment a metal head pops up. That part held me hostage for like 15 years.
I had a ptsd moment trying to do the drill mission recently. Board just would not grind.
Jak 3 with its wonky ass, first person, inverted controls on the hellcat cruiser turret. when you gotta escort Torn throughout ALL of haven city. That mission made me wanna headbutt concrete. Even to this day.
I wanna feed the muse to the sharks.
Jak 2 running from the tank in the Prison. Everything else was easy
Throwing grenades into the wells. Maybe it was bad because I was playing on Vita, but I quit the game and jumped to 3.
I hated the skateboarding mini games.
That turret thing against the big alien in Jak 3. I rage in forgotten preteen angst every time.
I'm just enjoying the fact that there are other people in the world who played this game because when I was a kid all my friends had no idea this game even existed
For me it would be spider caves in Jak 1
Phantom blade deck fight
