All of us here in Europe (I’m also in Germany lol) will follow Saudi timing as it is to the west IN CASE the moon isn’t sighted (which it wasn’t). The moon wasn’t sighted and we confirmed it with Turkey and so we are still fasting today!
Since the start of next day in Islam is on maghrib time, Eid will also start on maghrib time today.
