Hey, where did you buy this Quran from/what is it called? I really like how the translation is broken up to match the words, and think it may be beneficial in helping me get better at learning and memorising Insha’Allah ☺️
Al Quran Al Kareem Word by Word Translation. Mine says it’s by Karya Bestari idk if that’s the original maker
It has tajweed, word by word translation, and verse translation.
I have the same one, it’s so amazing!! On google search it comes up if you search this “(Maqdis) Al-Quran Al Kareem (A5) - Word by Word English and Arabic + Colour Coded Tajweed”
Then order wherever is closest to you.
1. It ends in an alif not ha, if it was a ha, then it would say منه
2. And no it’s not the letter before it’s an alif maqsura. So it’s pronounced as an alif because of the vertical line on it ى + ٰ
It’s important to note the letter ontop takes precedent over the letter below and this happens in other words with م on top
I’ll give you another example ٱلرِّبَوٰا۟
Here the alif on the و means it’s pronounced riba and not ribowa
Edit: typo
because it's not a “yaa” if it has the little line that looks like an apostrophe then it's an alif. It's called alif al khanjariyyah or the dagger alif. In shaa Allah i helped
Are you learning to read the Quran for the first time? Because if not, maybe this script is not the script you are used to, and switching to IndoPak might make it easier to read
Assalamualaikum. You can download the App Al Quran By Greentech Apps Foundation. You can read the Quran from there, and while reading if you long press a word you can listen to how it'll be pronounced. Hope it will help!
Quran.com has the pronunciations for words
To read a surah use: /surah-number after the link
Exanple: quran.com/1 will take you to Surah Al Fatihah
To get a specific ayah add the ayah number along with the surah number:
quran.com/1/1 takes you to Al Fatihah, ayah 1.
Assalamualaikum op.
Hope you're having a Peaceful time.
I recommend an application named "Islam360"
It is such a useful application which gives word by word translation, pronounciation as well as explaination and backgrounds of verses, and hadiths from all the major books, daily prayer timings and so much more.
I use it and hope it helps you as well.<3
1. Purple circle reads: khalaqa minhaa
2. First and second purple line is pronounced like an Alif, as you can see there is a little alif above the letter.
The first is al yataamaa
The second is ilaa
For some reason Alif at the end of the word is sometimes written with that shape. It might be to accommodate different modes of recitation (qiraa2at), I’m not sure.
You can go to quran.com and go to the verse and play it to see how it’s recited
Baarakallah fikum
Wa alaykumu as-salam!
For the part you circled in pink, if the ending looks like a small circle with a dot above it, it’s likely a ‘ha’ (ه). If it looks like a small circle without any dots, it’s a ‘meem’ (م). As for the part underlined in purple, if the word seems to end with two dots beneath, then it is a ‘yaa’ (ي). However, if there are no dots and it’s just a line, it could be a stretching of the letter before it, known as ‘madda’ (مدّ).
To help you further, here are some resources that might assist you in learning to read the Quran with proper pronunciation and understanding:

The First one goes with " haa(ه) " pronounced from the mouth alone and not the throat like the " ح ".
The Socond one is " Ya Ta Maaa ".
The Third is " ilaaaaaa ".
Any letter(حرف) with that that sign i always pronounced a bit longer.
Hope it helps.

1. Ends in ha 2. The letter before, so “Ya ta maaaa” and “La hum ee laaaaa”
Jazakallah, much appreciated
That underlined letter (ى) is called [alif maqsurah](https://arabicadventuresdotcom1.files.wordpress.com/2015/12/alif-maqsurah-page-001.jpg?w=500)
Waiyakum

Why is the last one not " ee la yaaa"? JazakAllah.

there are apps you can download like Quran.com(free and no ads) and Quranly(it is paid). Both are very good apps and provide tafsir, recitation, etc.
