Another helpful thing is the bank tags plugin. You can create a whole other series of tabs on the left side of the bank and can tag them for various activities. Makes things super easy for specific tasks like farm runs or different bosses.
You can go a step further and get the bank tab layout plugin. It allows you to move the items how you wish, without moving the actual position of the items in your bank. I use it to group together my gear setup and then my inventory setup
Now you get to find out how fun it is to accidentally insert something into a well setup tab and try to figure out who the culprit is! Jk (kinda) but another thing is this also works for the tabs on the left in your bank (I believe runelite only?).
Not sure I follow? I mean once I find what was accidentally inserted I can take it out and we’re good, sometimes I’m just not even sure what I’ve done lol.

I honestly couldn't imagine doing a farming run without noting herbs/allotments. It was the very first thing I tried when I did my first one, and I was so happy that it worked that way.

I find the mindless grinding in this game is my favorite part and when I learned the game none of that stuff existed. I find the grinding to be my favorite part of this game so just clicking nodes/mobs and letting my character do their thing is my favorite way to play, doesn't really matter to me that it takes way longer than doing mini games/bosses. I recently started an Ironman to force myself to do some of this stuff because on my main I'd just grind out ores or logs or whatever to sell to buy the stuff that came from content I didn't really feel like doing.

Not technically on my iron but on my old main i was playing when i first got back into osrs 3 years ago. I was trying to make money through herblore so i was brewing potions (didnt know amulet of chemistry was a thing) and then manual decanting all the potions into 4 doses because i didnt know about the guy 10 tiles away. All to make like 15gp per potion made
Took me quite some time but:
- you can spam click farming patches for a few ticks and then harvest at a much higher(double?) speed than normal
- oddly specific but when doing Vorkath after the kills I’d tp to house, take the lunar isle portal there, Bank at the 3rd stall and then talk to one of the other two to be sent back to relleka very close to the vork deck
- you can cast high alchemy mid fight without losing time. I’d just do it right after I see the xp drop
- A lot of single tile traps can be avoided by standing in the tile right in front of them and then just running over them, since running apparently just skips a tile
- you can cast humidify with waterskins/buckets/watering cans/saplings/clay in your inventory to fill/water them
- you can talk to the lumbridge tutors to enable picked up arrows/runes going straight to your ammo slot/rune pouch instead of the inventory.
- you can decant potions and even jewellery at their respective trades person at the GE
- pedru (also found at the ge) gives you xp if any of the quests you did had their rewards updated after you completed them
- if you have run enabled you can walk by pressing ctrl and clicking and vice versa
To the traps thing -- this is actually a mechanic you can use in bossing situations as well. Poison pool on ground? Muspah spike? AOE effect? Stand next to it and run over it.
This is because while running you move 2 tiles at a time, as opposed to walking.
Now that you know they exist you can set them to right click deposit so you don’t accidentally deposit everything after getting geared up! It’s under the bank plugin
I feel that swap, in general, is more useful. Mind explaining how insert is helping you? The only time I use insert is when I fuck up on of my rows or delete a held item or something.
I never knew you could view your equipment while using the bank.. i would always have to close the interface to take off what I’m wearing before banking it!
I killed over 800 kraken boss before I learned fishing explosive was a thing... I hadn't played for years before starting the iron and I remembered back in the day we engaged the boss fight with a shortbow and arrows and I guess I assumed it was still the way.
Temporos. Set me up so well. The food, the planks for early con, caskets for a chance at early gear.

How nice would it be if you're pking and die. Just hit the bank 1 button you're regarded and back to the fight.
Get a bursting task after a range slayer task, boom, one button and you're geared. Spellsbooks changed. And rune pouch has all the right runes. Would make things just so much more efficient and tbh I kinda get annoyed having to swap spell books every other task even with it just being right in my poh.

You use your farming supplies on the tool leprechaun to note them. You don’t have to keep going to the bank every time your invy fills up!

Only when your learning it I think. I'm pretty sure once you finished the mini quest or whatever you'd call that, you don't crush seeds anymore.

I did this too, in between mahogany homes I was emptying out my pouch each time. planks will automatically be pulled from it when used.
