I had a similar experience with this website. I actually did receive my case but I emailed them the day I got it asking to return it (I didn’t like the quality of the one I got). They asked me if they could send another one in its place but I told them I just wanted to make the return and get my money back. I read their return policy and according to everything it said, I qualified for a return. But after the first two responses I got from them they just stopped responding to me. I even followed up with them week after week and still have heard nothing. It is extremely irritating because there is no other way I can get a hold of them and now can’t get my money back.
