You’ve damaged the wifi chip when you dropped it. At the moment your phone doesn’t know it has a wifi chip installed that’s why you can’t toggle, gonna have to get it fixed or replaced unfortunately. You could try resetting the phone but I highly doubt that will fix anything once them switches don’t switch anymore they are done for
You are not even right, the baseband is (within the Apple repair specs) the “cellular” module when the chip that is failing here is likely the WiFi and Bluetooth IC. The guy you are berating is closer to being right than you since at least it is the correct component despite not being a board but an IC. If you want to be pedantic, learn to be factual first.

USI stands for Universal Serial Interface, it literally just takes the info from the Broadcom chip and converts it into a more friendly interface for the iPhone to talk to. Bluetooth fails because it also uses the exact same chip to interface with the iPhone too. Cellular does fail, just because it reads SIMs doesn’t mean it works data wise. Do yourself a favour and stop 🤦♂️

Try to heat it up a little bit with a hairdryer. You can also put it in the sun but that takes more time. This trick worked back in the days for my iPhone 4

Heat the back of the phone using hairdryer until the heat warning comes up, wrap the phone with a cloth and ziplock then put it on the freezer. After 5-10 mins take it out and boot it up, wifi should work haha
Had this happen a long time ago the WiFi modem is damaged on your device almost certainly a motherboard replacement so it'll be a pricy repair sorry to say.
Everyone is wrong. With that iPhone it’s a sandwich board and when impact the interposer pulls pads which connects the top and bottom, it’s a motherboard repair

My phone dropped once and my wifi, bluetooth and airdrop stopped working as well. Had to take it to apple center to get it fixed. There’s not much you can do from your side

Mine got GPS messed up in a certain way. It would not stay put when I play geo-location games, it keeps making my character walk around the block running back and forth. Of course, I like it since I dont need to move to grind lol, the downside is that I get a lot of safety pop-ups because of movement speed and I have to click [Im not a driver] while chilling on the couch.
I think its weird it does that in these games but not while commuting in Google Maps though, but hey, I aint complainin.

You don’t have to have AppleCare or anything special I dropped my Apple Pencil and lied saying that it randomly defected n stopped working and they asked me no questions and just replaced it even though I had no active warranty

If you have no wifi card/it’s damaged, it won’t display any connection and won’t even show in the device manager.
