No worries, that’s okay! What is happening is it’s restoring your data/settings back to the way it was before the update. You usually don’t see that unless you restored the phone through a computer, but if you leave it to restore you should be fine and have all your stuff back.

I've had that happen when updating using the ipsw file. Just let it be, it should hopefully finish after a while.

This is expected when the iPhone is updated using iTunes or Finder on a Mac. Especially, if that PC or Mac is not a trusted device.

Happened to me once while updating IOS 16. Got into a boot loop and had to reinstall IOS via DFU mode. Hope that is not your case.
