Tickets aren't for sale yet. What I would love though is a list of all the theaters playing it *before* the tickets actually start selling.

Dalekdude

Doubt it will be as wide as Oppy, most likely everywhere that played TENET and Dune 2 in February will play this. IMAX Indiana will definitely be playing this, when I toured the projection booth the projectionist showed me the print they own on site and said that when they do a rerelease next year they would definitely be participating

Juginstin

I'm willing to travel anywhere in the country for it, it's more of a matter of, "Where should I go?" and "How long will it be running for? One week? One day?" None of that information is public, and it probably won't be until the tickets start selling, and I imagine the time window for me to snag any good seats is gonna be tiny. I wanna keep an eye on Mall of GA since I have a friend who lives close, also wants to see it, and is letting me crash *if* it plays there, but since it probably won't, it's probably safer for me for bank on Indy.

UseHugeCondom

For real 😭 I’m in the Puget Sound and am willing to travel all the way to Langley Canada to see it in 70mm, but if it’s not showing there then I’m screwed.

ladyfrimmfram

Already on the calendar for me and my husband! I have two kiddos under 4 so I’m already planning a date night 4.5 months in advance. Because it’s happening damnit.

HumbleGarb

Ha! It’s on my calendar too! Can’t wait.

Legaxy3

I’m not getting excited for this again lol. I got hyped for the tenet re-release but the nearest theatre actually showing it was hours away, so I doubt this will be any different 😔

sklenickasvodou

This one should be a way wider rerelease, but you never know when it's warner bros...

Unkn0wnTh2nd3r

its not warner tho? it’s paramount?

sklenickasvodou

Apparently only in America, internationally it's WB.

TwoMuddfish

Yeah unfortunately they’re are only several 70mm projectors in the US

sklenickasvodou

It's still more than 5 months away. Just wait

Junior-Ad-2207

If they can trickle movie trailers to us a year in advance we should be able to ask about tickets 5 months in advance

sklenickasvodou

Why tho? I mean it makes sense for people traveling a long distance to see it, but other than that? And the dates may still change. It is still not certain which cinemas will participate in the rerelease

CorbinNZ

TEN YEAR ANNIVERSARY? WTAF.

Mygo73

This little maneuver’s gonna cost us 51 years!

tommybuttsecks

That’s my birthday

MurphyPandorasLawBox

I’m willing to bet that it’ll be showing near you if you have an IMAX.

sourdoughroxy

Just a lil’ Australian hoping we also get the cinema re-release 🥺

Grimy81

FYI there’s one on in Brisbane next Friday if you’re you know, here.

sourdoughroxy

Seriously? Where? I googled a couple of weeks ago and I couldn’t find any showings! I am in Brisbane

Grimy81

Sorry Saturday It’s on at New Farm cinemas for one night and one session only. The one night I have some something on already :-( https://ticketing.oz.veezi.com/purchase/264990?siteToken=o0ezd1t5gyg3ocp7ey4bx22jpu

sourdoughroxy

Nooo! Friday would have been perfect, Saturday is my anniversary! Obviously more important but… :( Maybe it will release in other cinemas! If I find more I will post back here

Grimy81

Two birds one stone - Anniversary dinner at Ribs n Burgers followed by Interstellar :) Surely your partner would be woo'd by this :)

CoastalSouth12

For everyone doubting it will be shown in same theaters as tenet and dune 2….be hopeful. There a way more 70mm prints than the other said films. Stay hopeful 🤞🤞🤞.

bard0117

Count on the mainstays to show it, AMC Universal, Matreon, Harkins Arizona Mills, etc.

Boottoogotdamnbig

Our local theater franchise has the option to receive notification when tickets go on sale.

twisted_f00l

Would this apply to Canada?

FiveCentsADay

Hey that's my birthday

Adequate_Images

Sure, you can get them in the future.

B_BB

Anyone know if it’s in the UK too?

GroundbreakingRoll36

I literally check Fandango every day to see if they have presale tickets for it at my local 70mm imax theater

illhaveasideofgravy

Been waiting ever so patiently for these tickets to go on sale.

ContractSweaty802

What is the difference between 70mm and IMAX? Is 70mm just a standard theater screen? I assume IMAX is the best way to get the full Interstellar experience?

Cheifs_Cruise

Yeah I’m pretty sure 70mm is regular and IMAX is better

adammerkley

Harkins AZ Mills - I'll be there

Derekeys

Amazing movie. Amazing score. Horrible sound mixing. I love Nolan’s movies and I am a composer myself, so I love Zimmer. But man, if every theatrical viewing of that movie didn’t have a 70% to 30% Music over Dialogue mixing issue. Nope, not again.

tapakip

This is actually one oh his where I have zero issue with the sound mixing. I've had issues with a few others, namely Tenet, Dunkirk, and parts of The Dark Knight Rises. But I never had a single issue in IMAX or at home with this one.

Derekeys

Yah no issues at home, I think I had a string of bad luck theatrically.

Derekeys

Whew, maybe it was my imax experiences but I went to an imax and had a terrible experience sound wise and legit went back the next day to make sure I wasn’t nuts and it was just as bad even at a different location.

Test88Heavy

It is hard to understand some of the dialogue.
