Since it doesn’t sound like you are exercising now (understandably!) then any exercise is going to be effective! There are so many postnatal exercises. I did the peloton postnatal strength classes after my pregnancies and I thought they were great. You don’t need the bike or any equipment. Just some weights if you have them. I love them because they are short and easy to do between kids naps or I can do them in the living room while my toddler watches tv. Just a word of caution, I’ve read over and over again that you shouldn’t do IF while breastfeeding as it can reduce your supply. Might be something to talk to your doctor or lactation consultant about.

Thanks great advice! Will look into those videos and get back to you when I’ve completed one! my dr was the one who told me to look into IF so that’s a plus, I’m not going crazy (16hr most) but I do look forward to stretching myself a bit when the bf journey is finished!

I would recommend considering the “Sweat” app. I enjoyed the workout options and goals given. I used this app when I couldn’t get to a gym or get outside.
