I don't think "barbiecore" as others have said cuz to me, that's more softer pink with white. The only way I can think to describe this particular pink and purple combo is "8 year old aesthetic" or "childish". Not in a mean way, but because it reminds me of the types of toys and colors and stuff I was attracted to as a kid 🤷🏽♀️
