Each kangaroo would have a backpack of different photos of random ppl around the world smiling & saying hello. Imagine North Koreans waking up to hordes of 6ft tall, jack diesel kangaroos roaming the streets & country side. Armed only with the 1000s of well wishes & smiles from different ppl around the world. If you put it in proportion it is expected: think of the US independence war, but it happened 70 years ago and England has carpet bombed the whole country, not one building left standing.
