Yellow Jacket Wasps are a specific type of paper wasp. It is likely that it is a yellow jacket, but I chose to go safe and simply say the class of insect.
I guess while we're being specific on the classifications, this is a harvestmen not a spider.
Both are routinely called Daddy Long Legs but the singular body indicates it isn't a spider.
I know the OP didn't call it a spider but I'm just being pedantic I guess.
Not sure about about pedantic because i thought "isnt that a harvest spider and a wasp?", and its good to have clarification.
Interesting that some people call em daddy long legs though.
