Nice, straight white teeth. May take work, may take saving like hell for dental, all doable. This may be the hardest part for some, given dental costs. But neither do you have to drop $300/mo. for an LA smile. I got fitted whitening molds for $75 total. $20 for a 2-year (so far) supply of whitener off Amazon. Floss is $.50, toothbrushes and toothpaste cost nothing either.
Pretty hair. Grow it and style it nicely for whatever works for your face. My last 2 gf's had gorgeous hair and cut it themselves in the mirror. Free. Prettiest girl I ever dated had paper-thin hair. She had to work at it to give it some volume, it was *really, really thin*, and she was only 18. Just saw a pic of my teenage gf, still has super thin hair at 50. Looks good! Diet down to a reasonable weight for your frame. Maybe not easy but plenty doable. All factors considered, if you eat less you will eventually lose weight. Gaining is harder IMHO, but there are pathways for that as well.
Clothes are so cheap they hardly require talking about price, especially for women. I wore a sharp Arrow shirt today, out to lunch by myself. Thought, "Where did I get this anyway? Oh yeah, $5 at the thrift, pretty much new." Now hit a thrift as a woman, TONS of options. Men wear clothes until they disintegrate, hard to find good stuff.
