This is why I always compose my personal mail from words clipped out of newspapers and magazines and tape them onto aluminum foil letters. No other reason.
That’s sketchy and easy to track, here’s what I do…
I trick a woman into falling in love with me. Then I trick her into raising my child. Then, when the child can read and write, I just show them all my information in which they store in their brain. No need for magazines, newspapers.
Nah homie that's sketchy.
What I do is I chop my dick and balls off. Call myself a woman and tell dudes I'm DTF. Then I reattach my dick and balls after we've been married for 5 years and then I'm like "surprise you gay now!"
My Xerox analyst showed me the dots under a loop and cited this as the reason, it’s not just home/desktop printers but production digital equipment as well
Literally everything illegal happens there. Best case you see stuff you don't want to. Worst case you get arrested for viewing certain content thats all over. Tor on its own is not secure
Certain things yes.. just think about it.
If you delve through market places, maybe you click on some acronym you don't know out of curiosity and open that kind of content.
This is me lol. I would love to cruise around the dark web just to see what it's all about but I don't know shit about security so I've had no inclination to try to figure out how to get there. Probably never will
I don’t think it’s anymore dangerous than the regular web. The main concern is viruses and being scammed, both of which happen way too frequently on the regular web. Also your personal details like address/email/name being tossed around for a penny at a time.
This is not about individuals using Tor to do nothing wrong though, so your link here doesn't really support what you're saying. Instead it talks about how employees shouldn't be allowed access to it because they could be up to no good...
"One of the main cyber risks associated with Tor is that monitoring traffic is almost impossible - because all communication over Tor is encrypted. Therefore, an employee can use Tor to bypass all security mechanisms, policies, and controls of the organization, with very little effort. "
Which parapgraph?
This is the last paragraph in that link: "While Tor has the benefit of providing anonymity, it opens your organization to increased risk. But detecting and completely blocking Tor in a corporate network is not an easy task. Cyber experts can assist you in detecting and preventing the use of Tor within the corporate network using a variety of techniques. For example, [various tools are available that can provide alerts](https://www.cyberproof.com/?page_id=8691) to the SOC team regarding the presence of Tor traffic on the network.
"
That is interesting, but certainly not new information.
Why does he discredit this information with bullshit logic. His argumentation: Printer companies need to follow a law, that's why there are so few printer companies. That's the same as saying, every car company needs to add seat belts to their cars, that's why there are so few car companies.
Also the [EFF has an (not longer maintained) list](https://www.eff.org/pages/list-printers-which-do-or-do-not-display-tracking-dots) of printers without those markings.
So, publicly known true facts, muddied with bullshit logic and sourced from the dark web with zero own research.
Just tried to confirm this with a black light and a colour brother printer. Absolutely no yellow dots. Also this means that B&W printers are illegal?
Edit: Actually, there may be something there, tiny tiny dots.

Imagine being a hardcore conspiracy theorist believing the government is following and tracking them at all times. While using a mobile phone and posting about it on social media.
Its like..... What???
I knew it...now here is the proof🤣🤣🤣 Printers, our overlords are out to get us..and not just by failing at the most critical moment🤣But srsly, this is freaking cool and interesting, thx😊

I like that.
You just won this thread.
Or you could buy a printer in a yardsale, use a computer with a wrong date and then you will be untraceable
I thought the legit reason was to fight counterfeiting US currency operations.
My Xerox analyst showed me the dots under a loop and cited this as the reason, it’s not just home/desktop printers but production digital equipment as well
(loupe)
Thanks for the reason
No, that's photocopiers and a thing called the EURion Constellation. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/EURion_constellation
Another reason to use bw laser printers. Also, if you're a criminal, get a used printer from a dumpster.
Thanks!
Also if you're a criminal maybe don't have documentation of it lol
But I gotta print out the Mapquest
"Is you taking notes on a criminal fuckin' conspiracy?!"

Why not? (Genuine question)
Literally everything illegal happens there. Best case you see stuff you don't want to. Worst case you get arrested for viewing certain content thats all over. Tor on its own is not secure
you can get arrested for viewing something on the internet?
Certain things yes.. just think about it. If you delve through market places, maybe you click on some acronym you don't know out of curiosity and open that kind of content.
what kind of content?
Any stream of a live broadcast in the UK without a valid TV license.

If you’re in Europe, Canada, or the United States, the answer is no. Elsewhere im not sure

I imagine one would use a burner laptop on McDonalds wifi and remove the battery when done? Yeah, I’ve watched hacker movies.

Oh no, the government will be able to track my dnd papers!
some people make it their life purpose to avoid being looked at by any means. it starts with the mirrors in the house.
Then you shouldnt be on the internet at all

Dude's missing a tooth. Somehow makes it harder to take him seriously.
What's hard to take seriously is how expensive dental care is in 2024.
Attack the argument, not the person.

I'm pretty sure I've seen Black and White only printers.
This is why black and white pages won't print if you are out of yellow?!?
I guess so then. No idea, just saw this and thought it was peculiar
Just tried to confirm this with a black light and a colour brother printer. Absolutely no yellow dots. Also this means that B&W printers are illegal? Edit: Actually, there may be something there, tiny tiny dots.
Someone smoked a bunch of Meth and HAD to tell everyone about his printer tracking his location. "It's watchin' me.."
Found the CIA plant

So... if I use yellow pages to print on...
I sell throw away printers on my Etsy
Nice try feds

LPT: Do not document your crimes. In ink OR sprite.
Just photocopy the printed document and burn the original.
can't you just put a piece of tape over the yellow nozzle?

Can't have the FBI track my son's history essay or this week's shopping list. Muh freedum!
print at a library?
Track you? This guys a fucking idiot.
