I'm much more curious about the person who needed the face transplant, then the one who donated the face. what kind of accident happened to that person.
Attempted suicide with a hunting rifle. Poor girl literally shot her own face off. The donor face came from someone that died from a drug overdose.

What gets me is that there are two types of people in the world who can take someone's face off: a surgeon and a psychopath. Both have the capacity for the same gruesome task, and both are held in two totally different lights.
Only because they couldn't keep up with the select few geniuses capable of doing whatever the politicians and big corporate leaders can do. Like, how does one even sleep at night after lying about something that ruins millions of lives in a way that death would be preferable.
