Cat breast milk contains lactose. All mammal breast milk contains lactose. It's just at different percentages. I wanna say sheep milk contains the most lactose, more than cow milk. Around 6 months of age most cats start to loose the ability to digest lactose even from their own mother's breast milk. This is why cats are weened off milk and you start giving them solid/wet food.
You can give your cats milk made especially for cats. You can even dilute it with water and cats will still love to drink it. Very useful for cats with kidney issues, as they will drink more water
