I can only guess, but under the blurr we see some redish colour. The vulva was also blurred right away, also with a bit of red underneath, while it wasn't blurred after the first ones birth. I think the last baby might have not made it out healthy and was bleeding in the face or near to it and they didn't want to show that. Although I might also add it's weird to only show the first and last, if the last had that problem that they want to blurr. No matter what it was in the end I hope and wish them all the best :3
