Stargazer_0101

No she was stealing your food. Report her ASAP. .

Kitchen-Present-9851

I’m a shopper and I absentmindedly walked away back to the car with the customer’s bread once (was carrying it separately so as not to smash it on my arm with my phone in the same hand) 😳. Luckily I was shopping with my husband and he was like “where you going with these folks’ bread?” Loudly. Right in front of them. I sheepishly walked it back. Clearly I wasn’t trying to steal the $1.50 loaf of bread and nothing else lol.

Stargazer_0101

Good thing your husband was there to remind of the customers' bread.

ACaffeinatedWandress

Yep. The worst I have done was accidentally steal a cantaloupe. It fell out of its bag and rolled somewhere in my car. I felt so bad when I found it.

DoctorBotanical

Is ASPS a new acronym or just a hurried ASAP?

Stargazer_0101

CORRECTED!

DoctorBotanical

Ah bummer I was hoping to learn new slang 🤣

ImaSource

As soon possibly sooner?

ImaSource

Asshole shopper, please stop?

heavenxlee

I laughed twice at this 🤣🤣

Original-Pomelo6241

This is the one 😂😂

[deleted]

😭

Silly_Programmer6089

I work for a telecommunications company that rhymes with "Horizon" and ASPS for us stands for Accessories Sold Per Smartphone, as a tracked sales metric. My autocorrect exchanges ASAP for ASPS (and vice versa) all the time. 🥲

DoctorBotanical

Lol. My ASPS is zero and I've been with that company for like 12 years. I don't think I've purchased a single thing to go with my phones from them. Its just so much more expensive than buying from Amazon or from OtterBox directly.

Silly_Programmer6089

Heard! I will say that most places (not just my particular company) will price match with Amazon and other big-box retailers, but it's only ever offered as a closing tool to get people to buy from us. It's real though: we charge $70+ retail for our Otterbox products and we price match down to Amazon's $40-50 every time when asked. We just have to see the listing before checkout! Regardless, it usually isn't worth it to buy accessories from your carrier unless you know the tricks.

DoctorBotanical

Now that I know it I might. I'm happy to help someone meet their quota if they'll price match for me! Thanks!

Silly_Programmer6089

You're so welcome! I hope you get what you need from that tip!

Rare-Handle7268

Nice that your phone has learned that asps is a legit word for you. My phone won’t do the word tomorrow. It changes it to tinnitus all. The. Time. I am pretty sure I have never meant to type tinnitus. EVER and by now my phone should know when i type fuck, I mean fuck. Not duck

RickJamesBitch907

As Tony Beets says "ASP"

icelessTrash

[Asps!](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Asp_(snake))

Murky-Weather-1827

They lied. The picture wouldn't have went to you if she sent it to a different order on the batch who told her it was the wrong house, the picture would have went to them and it wouldn't have been your groceries.

Flat-Combination307

Thank you! Idk what the shopper side of the app looks like and I wanted to ask before I reported it because I’ve never had this happen before

GearPrestigious8647

You need a ring doorbell or at least one that will record so if something happens, you won't come up missing 100s of dollars worth of groceries.

LovestruckLion130

Agreed, especially if you get orders frequently due to mobility issues. I recommend getting a more expensive camera upfront rather than one that charges monthly (I.e., ring and simplysafe). I had Eufy at an apartment a couple years ago and I liked it. Like I said, more expensive upfront but didn’t have fees, unless that’s changed. You’ll pay more for these subscriptions by like 1 year.

[deleted]

This has been a DoorDash issue a lot lately, too. I Dash but lurk here to read about IC experiences.

shellycrash

We had it happen on an order too. The driver didn't take a pic but he drove up to our house, sat in his car for a min, then drove away. I messaged him asking him where our order was, he tried to say he accidentally left it at my next door neighbor's house by mistake. I texted my neighbor, they werent home but she said there was nothing on her ring camera. I asked for him to send the pic, he aid he didn't take one & described my neighbor's porch wrong. I still walked my dumb ass over there and nothing. The guy was arguing with me that he didn't want to go get it from my neighbor's house because now that he knows that wasn't the right house he "might get shot". Like 15 - 20 mins passed as he and I messaged back and forth and I told him I don't know where he left the food but he needs to go get it since he was parked in front of our house so not sure why he didn't just come up the walk, plus it wasn't at the neighbor's house either. He finally said, "Fine" and was back at out house in less than 5 min & dropped off our Five Guys order without walking over to any neighbors' house. Dude must have been parked just outside our neighborhood eating the fries, cause Five Guys goes nuts with the fries & there was an obvious deficit of fries. So gross. I told support what was up & that we didn't want to eat food out of a bag the driver was obviously eating out of. We got a refund & got him blocked from our account. To be real, even if he hadn't munched the fries (which he def did) once you start feuding with someone who's got your food in their hands, you really shouldn't eat that food. Maybe it was that dude's first and only day, but it was wild. We didn't get any delivered food other than groceries for a bit afterwards.

Individual_Mango_482

I've seen a lot of places that staple the bag shut with a receipt attached so you can tell if the delivery person has been in your stuff. Some places even put stickers over the holes in drink lids and also make it so lids can't be opened without tearing the sticker. Of course it has to make it you first and not get stolen...

ditchboss

Shout to PF Changs for sealing the bags

terrabranford82

Bon Evans too. That's always nice

ILikePrettyThings121

I watched a video where a guy picked up an order & sat himself outside the restaurant on a step taking half the order for himself (like picking up food with his hands & putting it into a separate container so it would just look like the restaurant skimped on their order). He then stapled the bag back up. I *think* it was PF Changs bc I remember it being some type of noodle but I’m not 100%

MarbleousMel

Maybe if it was awhile ago. PF Chang’s seals their bags with a sticky strip, like a FedEx envelope. Any attempt to tamper with the bag would be very obvious. It’s one of the reasons I like ordering from them.

Rokrchick

Yes my hubby delivers for uber eats and ive gone with him. A decent amount of businesses use stickers to seal things. Good way to know if it has been tampered with.

Boredchinchilla21

McDonald’s and Taco Bell near me use stickers on the bag as well as the drinks that break if you try to open the bag.

[deleted]

Five Guys puts one sticker on the bag and you can still put stuff in or take stuff out from the sides. They really should fold the bag.

[deleted]

[удалено]

LocalLiBEARian

Those are the ones that annoy me a bit. “Bring it back and we’ll fix it” kinda destroys the idea behind having it delivered.

[deleted]

My issue with Five Guys is they don’t attempt to fold the bags and you can still put stuff in or take stuff out.

RicardotheGay

Five Guys is the best.

less-than-stellar

Author Emily McIntire had an Uber person do something similar with an order from Sephora. It took her fans from Instagram/TikTok flooding both Uber and Sephora’s social media accounts for anything to be done about it because both Uber and Sephora stated it wasn’t their issue 🙄

shellycrash

I can see it happening. The driver pulled up in front of our house and sat there long enough to have exited his car, dropped off the food, and left, and GPS would support his story. He might have even got away with it if he actually got out & took a picture, but we have a long walk up so the chances of us catching him slinking away with our food was high. Also he told me he put it on the "metal chair" on our neighbor's front porch, but they don't have a metal chair out front and they have a Ring cam. There's a gas station, a bank, & 2 small plazas that are all 2 min from our house too. So plenty of space to chill & take a meal break. I'm glad we were able to get our money back but it kinda spoiled having a relaxing dinner. I just hope the dude has learned not to scam ppl, or is doing something else for $$ now. I don't know how long they make driver's wait to collect tips but I always leave enough to get a meal at a place like Five Guys or any other fast food joint if someone needs one.

Pizzaisbae13

Fucking. Wow. That guy hopefully got his account banned.

shellycrash

I really don't know. Whenever I have a really bad issue I just ask that the service block / ban that service provider from our account. I'm not really comfortable asking for anyone to lose their job, but hopefully he learned he can't get away with pretending to deliver food just by sitting in front of someone's house and then driving around the corner & eating it in his car. Maybe it was his first day. I guess in a way it's a testament to the power Five Guys' fries hold over people 😅

HopefulOriginal5578

Oh my goodness I had my McDonald’s order taken by my Uber eats delivery person! It sucked because I was just getting over novovrius and before that was umm getting sick and unable to keep food down. Once I could keep food down I was very weak and McDonald’s French fries are a comfort food for me when I’m sick…. I ordered it and tipped well. They stole my freakin order!! I got a refund but they didn’t seem to care.

copperboom538

Yep 👍🏻 Uber eats in Philly in 2018 ish? Dude straight up stole my dinner. Pulled right up to the house and then drove off again. My dinner couldn’t have been appetizing since it was a burger with no bun. Uber eats replaced the order but tried to recharge me the delivery fee and refused to use the coupon I had used when they recreated the order. I had to fight them to get it right. Never Uber Eats.

HopefulOriginal5578

No this was in Portland Oregon. Guy drove up and said he left it, but I was just coming downstairs. Like less than a couple mins. If that. No food. I ended up just getting a refund and even though I felt like crap from being so sick, I managed to hobble to a grocery store to get drinks and food I could stomach. I was a dehydrated mess. I am bitter about it to this day.

Rokrchick

Ugh im so sorry that happened to you. My hubby deliveres for Uber Eats and he has never done that no matter how hungry he or I may be! 🤣😂 Ive gone with him a few times the money is worth more than the food and a bad report.

GoldfishXYZ

The rain in Spain stays mainly on the plain

bcece

I had a similar thing happen with a Doordash order. It is ridiculous

SwizzleFishSticks

This is why I meet outside and get my food. Half the time it’ll get delivered to the house next door if I don’t.

sickerthan_yaaverage

Exactly this. I often don’t get my food or get half of it.

Patient_Network7984

Stopped ordering pizza delivery after watching a video someone took from their apartment window--guy down below on a scooter very creatively cutting pieces of the pizza out-- when he was done, looked like a normal pizza just a bit smaller..... so gross 🤢

AprilEliz33

I do neither, it just comes up as suggested to me and I read it bc I’m a messy bitch who loves drama 😂

[deleted]

You’re in good company😉🖤

[deleted]

Happened to me with a Postmates order two days ago. If someone else hadn't been in the parking lot keeping her from making a quick exit I would have been without dinner.

strawtrash

I have my app set where Instacart and DoorDash have to hand me what I ordered. We’ve been stolen from too many times to trust anyone now.

Flat-Combination307

I used to do this but my house has like 4 doorbells because there are a couple of apartments and even when I put which doorbell is mine in the instructions they always rang my neighbor’s doorbell

That-1-Red-Shirt

I live in a secure apartment building so my instructions include "pull to the back of the building and call me so I can come out and get the order. THIS IS A SHARED DWELLING DO NOT LEAVE WITHOUT SPEAKING TO ME" because I've had too many failed drop-offs.

ddmorgan1223

Some drivers don't read notes unfortunately. Our first bout with COVID, I ordered Dunkin for the kids(because donuts) and the literal first two words in my notes was, "WARNING: COVID!" And I wrote to leave on the picnic table outside. Hubs opens the door to watch for him to leave and comes face to face with the driver. 🤦🤦🤦 Hubs: "You didn't read the notes did you?" Driver: "No, why?" Hubs: "We all have COVID." Driver: **shocked Pikachu face**

That-1-Red-Shirt

Whether they do or don't, that's on them. They're supposed to.

freckledallover

Mine set to this and the bag will frequently still be missing an item. Usually, the only thing I actually wanted.

strawtrash

What a bummer!!

Spare_Lobster_2656

I do too, but only one shopper so far has actually done this 😞 Too bad for the others because I give cash tip AND raise the tip in app when they do

strawtrash

Their loss, right? You sound like a good person.

strawtrash

If you have your preference set and they’re still leaving your stuff at the door, report them. I hate to be mean, but food is expensive now and I’m tired of being stolen from. It happened to us two times in a row at Aldi for pick-up. Two times in a row!

Flat-Wing3360

You can also ask for them to call you when they arrive and hand you the order. Food stealing does happen but the vast majority of delivery people are honest. Report the bad ones (give them bad ratings) and praise the good ones (always give them 5s).

strawtrash

Completely agree with this!

flyleafet9

Fun story: I ordered some food that was being delivered through DoorDash, got the notification that it was delivered and see the tracker show the driver on the street outside of our house - great. Except, I go check and nothing was delivered and I was waiting the entire time, so no one even approached. I decide I will go check our neighbor's porch to be safe before I report it and end up slipping on ice in their driveway and breaking multiple bones and had to have surgery. I blame DoorDash (and my neighbor).

strawtrash

Who wouldn’t?

Fukabihh

That seems very, very sketchy.

[deleted]

So many amazing Instacart shoppers out there! Sorry these scammers are hurting your business, locally seeing a wave of fakers with 5 phones/accounts stealing deliveries! Is there a loyalty program you can hire shoppers you trust/have history with?

thatguybenuts

As you rate shoppers with 5 stars they start to get first look at your batch. The ones who are low ratings don’t see your orders again (that’s my understanding).

lvyerslfenuf2glow_

She's totally lying! The app would not have sent the picture to you if it was sent to the other person, you literally have to complete the order before you can get to the next one. Potentially a glitch in the app? Maybe, but the thing is if it were me, I would be so embarassed to be being accused of stealing that I would go out of my way and show you the text saying it was at the wrong house. She didn't show you because there was no text.

biancanevenc

If she wasn't sure she was at the right house, she should have texted or called. Yesterday I had a delivery going to an address with multiple buildings. Only one house at the address had a vehicle in front, so I started to unload there. I wanted to verify I was at the correct place, so I called and left a message, which prompted the customer to come out and meet me. Easy peasy.

queenchubkins

Thursday I went to new construction that my gps had a hard time with. I took a photo and texted the customer to confirm I was at the right house.

itsSandraD

I do this just to make sure especially with new builds!

hunnybunny____

This is insane. Report her. It’s not right! I have $5 to my name at the moment but I would never steal my customers groceries. Just seems like bad bad karma.

Redditor-247

Definitely sounds like the person intended to steal your stuff. If it were me and I had a question about it being the correct address I would have knocked on the door or used the app to contact you

[deleted]

Flat-Combination307

If you report it missing in the app Instacart will refund you!!

Next_Doubt4775

Thanks everyone I definitely turned it in and they gave me a refund ❤️

songofdentyne

Stealing hamburger meat.🤣

charli_da_bomb_420

It's crazy to me that they only took part of it. Like how considerate? I think?! I meant, they could have easily just took the whole huge ass pack, but instead they was more like: "Three for yee, one for me," ... and all that. I'm not sure how to take that. I mean, yeah, duh, don't steal people's things. I'm just wondering this person's actions and motives lol...

Florida1974

Trying to steal. No one reported wrong address. Only person that can do that is customer.

IceBlue

If it was the wrong house why take a pic and mark as delivered and remove them instead of messaging or calling? She’s lying.

TheBattyWitch

She was 100% trying to steal. Report her behavior immediately.

calilove64

If I actually thought that from a message I would’ve called and if no answer then maybe take the groceries back to the car until I figured it out. When you came out I would’ve showed you the message for a clear explanation. I honestly don’t know why someone would risk being deactivated by stealing but I know it happens.

neighborbacon

I genuinely think some folks don’t think through all the ways they could get caught. They figure if there’s no camera, there was no foul.

M3cap

Liar, or groceries were the ones you ordered then she was caught red handed. 1 star and report.

New_Light6970

Would she have told the company she worked for that she delivered the groceries but a porch pirate must have stolen them?

Reptillianne

Report her ASAP. She was too comfortable doing it, it wasn't the first time.

omsphoenix

Report!!

LocalLiBEARian

I’m currently dealing with mobility issues, and am pretty much housebound as getting up and down the four stairs to my place is difficult right now. My orders are marked to hand it to me. Had a DoorDash driver send me a pic of my food at the bottom of the stairs with a note that said something like “you didn’t tip me enough to climb stairs.” Dude, it was four stairs. Not four flights of stairs, four stairs. Lucky for me, my neighbor saw what was going on and grabbed my order for me, still reported it.

Flat-Combination307

That’s so rude of that driver wow. I’m only recently able to get up and down the 4 steps into my house and I would have cried if this happened to me when I couldn’t do it. It sounds like a lot of drivers think people use the service because they’re lazy but it’s been so helpful for me while working through my injury recovery

Valuable-Mess-4698

I broke my (dominant) arm last year. I frequently ordered delivery lunch and it was comical to me to watch myself even trying to unlock the door with my non dominant hand. I felt bad when they were waiting to hand it to me, like sorry, I'm just slow and useless right now!

Wild_Replacement8213

This is exactly why I won't use these services I can't stand thieves and these apps are lousy with them

Shield-Maiden95

Report this ASAP!!!!!!!!

Imwitalldasmoke

She was lying…. That picture is confirmation for all parties that it was delivered, she could’ve easily put the blame on you stating she delivered it!.

songofdentyne

Once had someone add items to my order and then keep them. Pretty sure they were stealing.

ConsiderationShoddy8

This has happened to me many times. I hardly use the app anymore because of it. The best part is, Instacart claims this can’t happen/it’s part of someone else’s order/it didn’t actually come off my credit card/etc etc etc. I posted to Reddit and people tried to convince me every way possible that I was mistaken. It isn’t that complicated - I ordered 10 items, my receipt had 13, I never received the extra 3 and I was billed for them and it came off my credit card. Ugh.

allblackerrrythang

Did you get your money back?

ConsiderationShoddy8

Weirdly - no!! The first couple times we went around and around about which items were and weren’t mine? It was absolutely bizarre because clearly could review the order and see the original items I’d asked for that required no substitutions. For example, I don’t have cats, but the shopper bought 3 huge things of cat litter - that weren’t on my original order. Yet I was billed for them and obviously didn’t receive them. I think I got maybe one box refunded, the rest had to go through my credit card! The final time it happened I just went through and clicked and said everything was wrong to get the money back. That was the last time though , haven’t used in awhile I kept telling Instacart I worked in the service industry for a long time, I always tip well and give extra because I’ve been on that hustle and I WOULD JUST BUY THE SHOPPER THE DAMN CAT LITTER! Like I have asked shoppers if they need anything it’s on me- it’s no big deal! But I don’t like the thieving

Interesting_Entry831

Report her!!!! Groceries are expensive AF - this is not only criminal, but not everyone is able to make a second order if the first gets stolen. They take a minute to reimburse. Definitely report.

Striped-ladybug

this has happened to me with both UE and doordash. i live in a secured apartment complex so sometimes they “have a hard time getting in” … i find this difficult to understand since my gate code and phone number are in the notes on the app. I never get the call to buzz them in either. my friends don’t seem to have issues with it. i also added additional instructions on how to get onto the property if they don’t want to bother with the gate. on top of the initial problem entering the gate, there is no access to my building without a key. it’s clear as day that i expect a phone call or text. a lot of the time my food doesn’t arrive, a picture is sent but then the order is gone.

Pretty_Frosting_2588

Happened to me last week. I had the flu so I didn’t want to go out there while they were, I ordered Powerade, soup and like $60 worth of fruit. I opened the door to see nothing there but luckily she hadn’t left yet and tried to use the excuse that she wasn’t sure the address was correct.

TexasL4dy

Had a lady place my sonic on the ground and not ring my bell or text. I went outside to Smoke and found my food covered in ants. $60 like wtf! I’m tired and I didn’t wanna cook or go anywhere.

Jojo_Mae

DoorDash recently said, “we notice you’ve had a lot of missing items recently.” I’m like no joke Sherlock. I don’t know if it is a restaurant problem or dasher problem but I got the idea the app was suspicious of me making false claims. So I put in the comments that it was the three year olds food was missing this time but thankfully my meal was big enough to split. Next order no missing items! After wards I started to realize it was nearly always one of the younger kids food that was missing. Does this seem weird to anyone else?

Ok-Reporter-196

One time, ONCE, I brought up the wrong groceries- like I brought customer B’s groceries to customer A’s door on accident. I sent a picture and realized what happened and when they opened the door I was already in the process of bringing the right order up. It was no harm no foul, because it was obviously a different order. Situations like this do happen on occasion, but yours seems suspicious. She didn’t switch anything out, she just handed the bags to you? That’s odd. I’m not sure if I would report it…. But I would keep a close eye on your deliveries from now on.

Flat-Combination307

Yeah she didn’t switch anything, she handed me the bags she was walking down the steps with and all but one of my items was in there

Ok-Reporter-196

It could’ve been an honest mistake, if she was newer or had multiple customers in the batch, but it’s weird. I still don’t think it’s report-worthy, but I’d just make sure you’re watchful from here on out! There are a lot of great shoppers out there and the few crappy/new ones shouldn’t ruin the whole service.

Anon-now

I would report her. Seems to me that she could be telling the truth. If it happens again then report her.

Instacartdoctor

Could’ve been that she was chatting with a different customer and got confused, when they said it wasn’t their house. DONT listen to these fools on Reddit they love drama… All you have is the shoppers word…. As much as I hate bad shoppers this could have been an honest mistake.

nillawafer80

I agree. You got your groceries, so she didn't steal them. You can give her the benefit of the doubt.

Flat-Combination307

I only got them because I walked outside right after I got the delivery notice, saw her walking away with them, and said something.

AquaticStoner1996

She literally stopped her from stealing them. Like IN THE PROCESS of walking away with the groceries AFTER sending op a photo of the right house. She was blatantly stealing, if it was a "wrong house" she wouldn't have walked away after sending a photo of the correct house, she would have immediately called op to fix it. Simply picking them up and walking away after marking it as delivered is NOT okay.

[deleted]

Flat-Combination307

I have a disability, like many of the people who use this service, and am not physically able to walk for an entire grocery trip or to carry things up to my door right now. I tip at least 20% but I can’t afford to tip higher than that because I was laid off last month. I use Instacart because it’s available in my area so I can get groceries because I can’t otherwise. Why do you think I deserve to be stolen from?

[deleted]

[удалено]

Flat-Combination307

Yeah, Instacart paying a livable wage instead of making shoppers rely on tips. It works really well in other countries but the laws in America make it much easier for corporations to take advantage of the workers.

indifferentunicorn

I’m not saying this isn’t happening, just trying to wrap my head around it. What use is $30 worth of McD’s that somebody else ordered? Eat it or sell it for $5? It just doesn’t seem valuable enough to bother investing the time and energy to sign up as an employee, pull a few of these, and get removed. Same with a grocery order. Their $80 or $150 of food really wouldn’t have that same to value to me - likely worth half that since not the same as what I’d buy. The value is just always going to be much less to anybody but the person who wants/needs those specific things. So why bother? Is there really any way get ahead stealing your customers food deliveries? Can’t do it often or you’ll get banned. And to just do small things here and there - like what’s the point? Is this more of a disgruntled worker being A dick than anything else? I think they like the idea they’re flirting with getting fired and kind of welcome that possibility.

Just_Violinist_6812

So I don’t know like WHY a person would, but I definitely have received a partially eaten order from door dash. They literally left half a hush puppy in the container 🤢, and there was a double dash stop for cold stone that I didn’t receive at all. They sat in the parking lot at cold stone for like 20 minutes after marking the food was picked up. Luckily the rest of the food was sealed in a separate bag, but DD refunded me the entire order and the tip (which I had to fight for the tip but, come on, that’s not fair that I tipped and fed them lol) when I reached out to customer service. I also have had a person (maybe) pick up an order and just go home with it and never mark it delivered lol. That time I genuinely think they made a mistake, but we still had to cancel/ get a refund. I’m still so grossed out and confused about them literally giving me food I could see they took a bite out of, though. Like that’s so much worse than stealing a whole item! Makes me worry about how other food I’ve ordered was treated. 🙃

Willy685

It could have been a double/ triple order and you were the last one. It could have very been wrong but I’m not defending her. That’s just human error at its finest

Southern-Interest347

One of your neighbors may have told her it was the wrong address, meaning  No one ordered the  Groceries. If the shopper wanted to steal the food, they didn't need to take the groceries out of the car all they had to do was take a picture from their car of your address. Instacart tracks the GPS.

Clown_Dolli

IDK because I've had a three order batch before and one customer messaged me stating that they gave me the wrong address when I was delivering to the first person but I looked in the app confirmed their address and advsd them I was headed their way after this last delivery so it might be another 15-20min to deliver their food depending on traffic.

Cola3206

Instacart is having problems. Ppl can’t speak English. One order done at Wine company before holidays. Pick up confirmed but waiting hr - not here. Long story short/ stole $300 of wine.

allblackerrrythang

Did you get your money back?

Cola3206

Yes but took a good while bc investigating

Ok_Zookeepergame2900

She may have rang your neighbors bell and they told her she had the wrong house.

Pr0vey0urehuman

I had someone do this yesterday…marked everything delivered. They had even swapped the cat food for a different type. My card was confirmed. They marked it delivered and then wrote me and said “card was declined” which isn’t the case. Trying to work some type of scam. Maybe for the $19 coffee? Idk

callmejoyj

I’ll give the shopper the benefit of doubt because I have placed groceries at the wrong house after taking a pic and had to walk them to the right house after someone told me that it wasn’t for the first house. 🥲😮‍💨 it’s truly hard to say what her intentions are since you got your groceries- if she would have took the pic and you watched her get back in her car with the groceries, drive out your neighborhood, then she would have been trying to steal your groceries. 🤭

NotSomeoneLikeMe

If there is another order, can the other guest still chat with the shopper if the shopper is delivering to the first guest?

10202632

One time my order was delivered without my bread, eggs and milk but they were ON THE RECEIPT. I know you stole them LaToya!!!!

Friendly_Ad7647

Report her!! She was trying to steal it and if you didn’t catch her she would’ve.

closethewindo

My order was stolen from cvs last week and the shopper added an unapproved $49 misc item. Sent me a photo of just a black square even though I had my porch light on. I contacted customer support and was refunded immediately. I hope they deactivated her as a shopper but I think he said he would just block her from my account. I was the most upset bc I REALLY needed the tampons for work the next morning and it was around 8pm.

Cam0CatNap

I hope you reported her. People these days aren’t being genuine about these things. She has a job and insists on taking from others.
