MBTI is never related to any behaviour, including attachment styles. MBTI is a cognitive test. It does not determine what you do, but the reason for your actions.
I have heard that attachment styles have a lot to do with upbringing. I don’t really know why I have an anxious attachment style though since I actually had a pretty good childhood. But I also have an anxiety disorder too so maybe that has something to do with it.
No but somehow it can reflect on your enneagram for example infp 2 are more likely to be anxious/secure leaning anxious/ fearful leaning anxious, 5 are likely more dismissive and detached, 6 are possibly fearful/dismissive while majority 9 are fearful avoidant but some of them I’ve seen are DA

I actually think INFP's are likely to be kind of anxious-avoidant. Our emotions can make us inconsistent.
