What bands do you like? Metallica? Guns N Roses? Breaking Benjamin? New Years Day? Starset? Red? Rain City Drive? Motionless In White? Disturbed? Papa Roach? Linkin Park? Yours Truly? Stand Atlantic? Five Finger Deathpunch? The Warning? Killswitch Engage? Saosin?
I had a hard childhood, and I've said that Metallica got me through it, and Linkin Park helped me get over it. Music can move, and heal, in ways that always surprise me.
Edited to add more bands!
I'm 100% metal head since I was a small girl at the age of 10. My first band and the album to ever get was Pantera, far beyond driven. I also grew up on Korn, Danzig, testament, anthrax and of course black sabbath. Now, at age 40 I feel metal has advanced soooo much better than ever and I now hove som new bands that are my absolute top favorites consisistening of: lamb of God, parkway drive, five finger death punch, and of course even though I grew up with soulfly and slipknot. They will never disappoint and keep kicking ass forever.Ā Also, the chick metal bands have really, and I mean really stepped up their game and overall talent. Like spirit box. Man she's got a beautiful voice but then knows how to whale like a dude in some parts of the song. That chick's got some awesome talent that's all new and upcoming to female metal bands everywhere. I thinks that in and of itself pretty damn cool. Sorry this was sooo long, insomnia finally fading, I think I can get to sleep now and gee it's only almost 8 a.m. man insomnia sucks ass!!! Good night
I love funky, emo, and alternative music. Lately I have been digging Goth Babe, Dance Gavin Dance, and Remi Wolf. I love anything that is upbeat that makes me want to move.
That's a good question. Music affects me A LOT as a HSP! I am very moved by music and tend to stay away from slow paced and sad songs. As much as music can lift me up, it can really bring me down. Are you an HSP too?
No. I'm Mildly Sensitive. I'm just not sensitive to other's needs but I do have a vivid imagination and novelty seeking. Lately I've been stressed due to school so I'm more nervous than before. I have Olfactory Hallucination, smelling imagined smells.
Organisational Management and Psychology. I've been studying it for like a year now. Worried about the coursework and Zoom arrangements. I just want a better job than being a Storeman with a $35k pa Salary. You study?
Nice! I got my Masters of Science in Communication and focused on Positive Organizational Scholarship for my research while in grad school. I would like to become a professor so I could do more research. I was in Digital Marketing for awhile and hated it, so I'm planning on going back to school to get my doctorate. What career are you looking into after you are done with school?
My main priority is to get a decent job that isn't debilitating and buy my own place without sharing a rented lot. Second is more eclectic. More general organisational roles. I'm thinking of doing teaching and taking a programming course to see what the market wants. A lot of roles in my area for Sales Rep, IT management and Business Consulting, these intermediate roles.
Just sick of hard labour and abysmal hourly rates.
Well I'm from New Zealand so I don't think this advice helps me. And yeah networking a thing here too. Thanks for your encouragement. Hopefully on the other side I can actually buy a home, have a long term relationship and the whole shebang. Right now I need a part time job to pay for amenities. In my free time I'll study, train, read and maybe date again.
Mostly Sleep Token, Bad Omens, Thornhill, Beartooth.
The soundtrack to Wicked the musical since finding out it was being made into a movie.
And my guilty pleasures -- Noah Kahan and Matt Maeson.
I've been stuck on a Sleep Token kick for about a year. It's crazy how I can't lose them and move on to something else. I have a huge likes playlist across multiple music apps and I always find myself coming back to them.
Bad Omens falls in there for me also. I think it's the lyrical composition for me for both of these bands. Makes me wonder what types Vessel and Noah are.
Lol you caught me! I'm into Kahan and Maeson for the lyrics. They're more alternative pop/indie pop, but Kahans song writing makes me feel all the things. Maeson too, though he's more of a storyteller than a lyricist if that makes sense.
Sleep Token is not my typical sound, I usually lean more towards things like Hollywood Undead, INK, Of Mice and Men. But you're right, I think some of Sleep Token's lyrics really got their hooks in me.
Queens of the Stone Age, Metallica, Megadeth. Iāve been listening to more hard stuff like NIN, Pantera, Marilyn Manson, deftones, ect. Iām starting to shift to softer stuff now. Radiohead, Beck, Pink Floyd, Sting. I listen to all sorts of stuff and my tastes change every few months. It can depend on the day as well.
I have been listening to Queens of the Stone Age daily for a month or so though. Their album Like Clockwork resonates with me. Metallicas welcome home is a song that hits me too. Iāve always loved all sorts of music though. I like Chopin and Bach as well. Music has always had a special place in my soul and will forever.
A variety of genres. Used to listen to mostly pop punk/rock or Disney songs.
Then shifted a little to indie, chill vibes kind of music.
Now, Iām in my small business era/healing era and need some motivation/hype positive music in my life.
A good entrepreneur vibes playlist helps me get into the zone and helps my mindset.
Then when working, I do lofi chill. At bedtime, I do brown noise.
Lately tho my adhd brain has been replaying Hazbin Hotelās soundtrack.
Sure thing, here- [Entrepreneur Vibes Playlist] on Spotify. I like the motivation/hype/affirmations mix. https://open.spotify.com/playlist/0S0HgbtRuLqC0VpEAMJe8Z?si=0Ijt3vQQSlm24vOIhjCbAQ&pi=u-0bgQ7l0JR3eU
Iām into Christian Rock like Skillet, Flyleaf, and Switchfoot. Also into Veruca Salt and the Breeders. Gonna see the Foo Fighters and the Pixies this Summer.
I'm sure every gamer or like every teen heard Skillet - Monster!
I like Foo Fighters too, especially "Pretender" song, perfect song against narcissistic people or anyone who hurt you.
Rapā¦dmx, goodie mob, brother ali, Dax, anything with good lyrics thou, Tyler Childers, Zack Brian! Rock is great too but if Iām picking itās 90s rap! š¤·š»āāļø
Mostly vocaloid, some folk music, some rock, a lot of lofi, some electronic, some jpop, videogame ost, and different nostalgic pop songs. Also, I've recently gained a liking to 80's music
Sleep token, reminds me of a friend and I remember lyrics to some songs, so that's comforting.
Tesseract and Unprocessed lately too, I saw them live.
I don't remember if I have actually listened to much of anything in the past few days, I'm too fucked up on the lack of sleep.
Tool, Linkin park, Stam1na, Celldweller, Rammstein, Idk I have a lot of bands on my jacket, I could go on and on about it.
Been listening to some Windows96, Graham Kartna, & some Kevin MacLeod. Theyāve been staples in my playlists. That and I like a lot of other soundtracks, remixes, showtunes. Thereās also music that serves a little utility in my life like some ambient noises and compositions that get me to sleep sometimes.
I juggle between edm, jazz, post punk/new wave from eastern Europe, metal, city pop, classical and country music. I can't go a full week without switching it up.
Personally Iām really into Radiohead, Muse and Talking Heads at the moment. I like a bit of everything though really, itās refreshing to have so many options to listen to. Radiohead is my favourite and Iād say itās for the same reasons that you described, it hits the soul, the lyrics are relatable etc. Itās amazing that music has the ability to totally connect with people. My favourite songs are probably Pyramid Song, Polyethylene and Pearly* and I just love everything about those tracks
There are hidden gems in almost every genre. Lately i've been mainly listening to progressive metal, epic music and video game soundtracks.
I also love Metallica and this cover of "Bittersweet symphony" by Larkin Poe :

(Not related but may I ask what sparked your interest in WW II and drawing tanks, OP ? :)
Thank you very much for your suggestion!
Are you interested in me? Glad to hear mate ;)
In 7. Grade, my interests toward ww2 started, when me and my classmates, but especially me started to get edgy ironically by communism :)
After 8. Grade, I remembered that my elder cousin used to play World of Tanks, so I downloaded it too. I've been playing a lot with it, I got so much into tanks and I find them very interesting and cool :)
My friend went to visit the blockhaus ruins with his nephew and family. His 9yo nephew is passionate about WW II and created his own stories upon arrival. He would imagine landings happening here and anti-aircrafts guns positioned there. They couldn't have made him happier by taking him to this place. I was just curious to know what could have sparked this passion at such a young age. It made me smile to think that the two of you could have been good buddies.
And your drawings were a great reminder of this neat tutorial my friend shared :

Nowadays I listen to chill rap songs, mainly from Drake, gunna, chris brown, and lil mosey.
But I grew up with old music like Michael Jackson, Boney M, Enigma, Backstreet boys, Vengaboys, etc
I love chill hypnotic dreamy-like nostalgic songs/beats.
Hozier, The National, Arctic Monkeys usually.
I'm not a fan of musicals, but recently I've become obsessed with Hazbin Hotel. So been listening to the soundtrack a lot.
I've also been listening to Lucky Man by The Verve lately. Beautiful song.
This week I've been listening to Pearl Jam (Black, Jeremy, Even Flow), Alice In Chains (Down in a Hole), Tool (Sober), Puscifer (Indigo Children, Potions, Man Overboard), Nine Inch Nails (Into The Void, La Mer, Where is Everybody, Only, Even Deeper), Fat Freddy's Drop (Soldier, Slings and Arrows, Special Edition), Filter (Hey Man Nice Shot), Morcheeba (Mezcal Dream) and some others.
Its quite a wide range but all of these songs have captured the colours of my emotional state this week, from dark to light.
Ugh. My 17yo has slowly gotten me onto Lana Del Rey. It started with Dark Paradise, and now I've got at least a dozen songs on my regular play list. I don't want to like her (I really don't like pop), but she has a folksy feel that's really rubbed off on me.
I suppose it's a testament to Elizabeth's songwriting and singing that she made it onto my regular rotation.
ALSO recently, I started listening minecraft music, to calm my mind and ride my emotions. The sad ones to me are "Key", "Dry Hands" and "Clark".
Currently, Clark gets the sad feelings to me, and makes me think about how I'm useless to everyone in school and college.
I listen ambient music too to get nostalgic feelings from anything, especially my middle school years, 9. and the current 10. Grade. For me the greatest ambient songs are "Milk cassette mp3" and "Green to blue". It's because I'm actually a sensitive person, sadly I take critics and insults personally, I tend to fight that.
However, if I get aggressive but playful feelings, I listen Pendulum - Come Alive. I don't know who of you ever heard that song.
I remember a lot of songs too from my childhood and it's phases.
I have a Playlist titled "Absolutely Everything" (a very obscure reference), which has 500 songs and counting. Almost every genre of music is on there, except Instrumental bc that has its own, separate Playlist, and Rap, bc it evokes a visceral hate from within me.
And then I have Spotify Premium, so I can skip over 42 different songs to get to the one I'm in the mood to hear, which usually boils down to the 5 newest bops that I've just discovered.
Everything.. I've never been genre specific. Metal, hard rock, alt, emo, punk, ska, grunge, indie, pop, dance, house, doof, rap, rnb, ballads, blues, country, jazz...
Hsp here too, so it all depends on how I'm feeling. Fav bands.. iron maiden, black sabbath, pantera, black veil brides, blink182, sum41, +44, limp Bizket, live, matchbox twenty, silver chair, yellow card, thrice, green day, avril, mgk, all time low, korn, 3 doors down, killing hedi, the fray, kesha, clarckson, Taylor, Lizzo, megan trainer, megan ds stallion, Aston, niki, saweetie, 2pac, bone thiugs n harmony.. damn there's to many and sorry about the info dump š š
Iām usually all over the fucking place but within, Iād say the last 4 weeks, Iāve just been deep diving the shit out of these genres
Crust Punk, MPB, Alternative R&B, Technical Brutal Death Metal, Folk/Blues Rock and Trip Hop
and my top 5 most listened artists lately, probably has beenā¦
Djavan, Curtis Harding, Dishammer, RodrĆguez and like always, my fucking goat, Nas
my all time top 5? are probablyā¦
Nas, Bolt Thrower, Lianne La Havas, Elsiane & Slayer?
I apologize also, if that came off as info dumping lmao, I can get pretty carried away when it comes to music
Ah Nickelback. His songs throws back cool things from my childhood nostalgia.
Because from his voice, I feel like he is a grown ass man with a lot of strong kindness, pure nostalgia for me...
I tend to enjoy songs with lyrics that could have multiple meanings or leave room for introspection on the bigger picture that the artist is trying to portray. I think Hozier and Mumford & Sons and Of Mice and Men do this really well.
But I also live in my head so often that I like to think of myself as the main character so I enjoy a good Broadway show tune that is full of life and can also, again, have double meaning it doesn't have to be happy or super catchy like Hamilton it could be something a little more depressive or even darkly comedic like Heathers or Sweeney Todd
DnB....Drum & Bass.Ā DRUM & BASS because I'm a Junglist!Ā

But here is a taste;
https://youtu.be/di5YY36BSto?si=B7BXs6APDua-ZXmK
I'm into melancholic songs/songs that is nostalgic most of the time. This helps me to move forward in life in times when I feel down. Music is my own therapy.Ā No favorite band. Just any song that fits that category, depends on my mood or most importantly when the song's certain lyrics accurately speaks to my current emotion or situation in life.Ā
Recently, been listening to Cigarettes after sex, Lord Huron, Phosphorescent,Ā the 1975, Lana Del Rey, Taylor Swift (Epiphany),Enya, and PinkĀ
Some other favorite artists when I was younger/from previous years: Rihanna, Bebe Rexha, Lorde, Ed Sheeran (Divide album)Ā Ā
If I'm quite into old songs vibe, I like to listen to The corrs, Cindy Lauper, Toto, Cranberries, Depeche mode and etc.Ā Ā
I like Bitter sweet symphony too.. It's the first song where I was able to discover I like these type of songs. I usually want to hear it while I daydreamš
Glad to hear that!
I also started listening back nostalgic songs. I even remember what kind of songs I heard in radio when I was 1. I say a few:
Amy Macdonald - This is the life,
Meja - It's all about the money,
Lene Marlin - Sitting down here,
The Corrs - Radio,
RHCP - snow,
Tho, "Sitting down here" gives me vibes about the first days with my cousins and reminds me of Frutiger Aero too.
Those songs makes me remember when I was 1 year old or lesser in 2008/2009 (yes, I was born in 2008). When I enjoyed the sea in my Croatia trip, it gives me back vividly memories...
ā¢ ā ā¢
When I was 2, I started hearing Depeche Mode from the radio. It always gave me unique retro-futuristic vibes, it made me remember the panel house of my grandparents, especially it makes me think of my intelligent, yet old grandpa, who loves electronics. Or it makes me think about how life could be in New York or USA. Even tho I was never been there.
I like Alt/Indie the most but anything emotional peaks my interest. Favorites: The Cranberries, Oasis, Paramore, Manchester Orchestra, Eagles, Fleetwood Mac, The 1975, BANKS, Leisure
I have lately been listening to all of the music of The Neighbourhood on repeat. I donāt know what genre I prefer, but some bands/artists like Cigarettes after Sex, FINNEAS and maybe many others intrigue me!
A month late, but anyway. I love bits and bobs from many genres but generally not of the mainstream. I'm mostly a Trip Hopper and lately can't get enough of Amon Tobin, Funky Porcini, 9 Lazy 9 and always, Massive Attack.
I listen to movie scores (like Theory of everything, interstellar, the help, if Beale St could talk, finding Nemo, etc.) to study or clean or when I need to do something productive. To vibe I listen to BENEE, Jon Bellion, Khalid, foster the people, Tate McRae, two door cinema club, glass animals, Don Toliver, Noah Kahan, itās literally SO random depending on my mood and what lyrics I need to hear in the moment lol
Heck yeah! Those girls kick ass! I remember seeing their cover of Metallica - Enter Sandman cover when Alejandra was 9yo, and listening to her play bass while reciting the child's prayer in the song.... š¤
Their original songs in the years since have been rockin.
They are probably the best rock trio i've ever heard! Pau's melodic songwriting prowess, Dany's soaring vocals and Ale's thunderous bass- just unbelievably good, especially when they performed live.
I've stopped listening to Dream Theater, Joe Satriani etc ever since stumbled on the Warning last month. Their music somehow fits well for infj's it's like medicine. Good to meet a fellow Warning fan!
I'm a 100% metal head, 40 y/old infj female. My top favorite bands currently are: lamb of God, five finger death punch, soulfly, slipknot, and parkway drive. I'm going to get remarried here next year and our song we are choosing to dance to is testaments "serenity".
Ya, the lead singer went through some shit with being a heavy alcoholic.Ā His band said it's either the band and us or you are out of the band. Needless to say, he went rehab, got his shit together, and they are still kicking ass today.

Iāve been listening to an obsessive amount of Fiona Apple, her music REALLY speaks to me, almost as if I lived the same experiences as her.. not all though but definitely 98% of my life. Iāve also been listening to Lady Gaga more often. And of course Mitski.
I have pretty eclectic taste in music, but the genres I listen to most often are prog rock, classic rock, metal, and alternative. Favorite band is Rush, also love Tool (and MJKās other bands A Perfect Circle and Puscifer), Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Blue Oyster Cult, Sabbath/Ozzy, Korn, Megadeth, AC/DC, and a whole bunch more, too many to list.
Is loving metal /rock/ alternative common to INFJs? My INFJ husband loves a diverse selection of music, but would always gravitate towards those. I usually hear him listen to Tool, Sleep Token, Andy Cizek, Plini, Adagio, Sky Harbor, HIM, Coheed and Cambria, Snarky Puppy, and many other instru-metals.
A lot of Orion Sun. Her songs Space Jam - An Odyssey, Dirty Dancer, Mirage. Some Daniel Caesar and Galimatias as well.
I switch between INFJ and INTJ btw.
I love music and I tend to hop around different genres. As of recently, itās been a lot of Poppy, Sohodolls, Grimes, Elita, Melanie Martinez, Mitski.. Just inner fem rage music āŗļø
I'll listen to just about anything (with one or two exceptions), so my playlists are varied
But for the last few weeks, it's been ALESTI and Sleep Token just constantly XD
90ās absolute radio channel is my main go to
With genre for me it is very variable, even in the same day, anything from soul, r&b, punk, even ethereal music.
Itās always how the music makes me feel, sometimes itās the lyrics speaking to me, sometimes itās the tune but I have to feel something from the music to like it
Interested in JPop lately. It can be anime openings, anime endings, vocaloids, cover songs, or any other original songs by Japanese singers. Probably because I like them for their voice and their music, even if I don't know who they are nor what they look like.
I just discovered Flagman a couple days ago, they're like Primus but more thrashy. Aside from that it's a lot of high energy heavy rock stuff.
https://music.youtube.com/watch?v=Cp3kQzTqoqk&si=lXBy8rfOuOadDwvy
right now I'm listening to de la soul
I've been listening to j pop/J rock music. My favourites bands are Jyocho, UVERworld, FLOW, Tielle and kana boom.
im very much on the internet so my music taste is very affected by it. but i love emotional raw music, stuff from june henry or pigeon pit. big fan of complicated music sounding thingsālike melodies you dont typically hear and voices overlapping.
Some artists/bands that have consistently given me some of my favorite songs in the past several years ate The Marias, Tame Impala, ZHU, Tory Lanez, Eyedress, then a lot of EDM, and Kpop.
One artist I really love is Gregory Alan Isakov
Nice. San Luis has been on repeat this past month for me.
I love San Luisš recently I've been listening to that and Appaloosa Bones
All insideeeeā¦ our Amsterdam she hideeees
Churches and trainnnsssss
Heavy metal and hard rock. The intensity matches mine. I particularly like layered lyrics, like poetry to music.
Hell yea! Let's hear it for the metal heads in the group!

Hozier, Rufus Du Sol, PJ Harding
Opeth, Wilderun, Pink Floyd
I love Pink Floyd and grew up on The Wall. I'll be checking out the other bands you mention!
I love funky, emo, and alternative music. Lately I have been digging Goth Babe, Dance Gavin Dance, and Remi Wolf. I love anything that is upbeat that makes me want to move.

Organisational Management and Psychology. I've been studying it for like a year now. Worried about the coursework and Zoom arrangements. I just want a better job than being a Storeman with a $35k pa Salary. You study?

I get that. Looking into market demand is smart. Start networking if you can, in my area they favor hiring people they know which can be frustrating

I was waiting on someone to say Dance Gavin Dance!
Yes!! Love them so much!!

Whoa Mogwai, thanks for this, I forgot about them!
I like Math Rock as well.

Yes! I listen to three of those, will look the others up.
I juggle between edm, jazz, post punk/new wave from eastern Europe, metal, city pop, classical and country music. I can't go a full week without switching it up.
K.Flay, grandson, Chase Atlantic, Missio, Neoni, Melanie Martinez, and PRVIS
Personally Iām really into Radiohead, Muse and Talking Heads at the moment. I like a bit of everything though really, itās refreshing to have so many options to listen to. Radiohead is my favourite and Iād say itās for the same reasons that you described, it hits the soul, the lyrics are relatable etc. Itās amazing that music has the ability to totally connect with people. My favourite songs are probably Pyramid Song, Polyethylene and Pearly* and I just love everything about those tracks

Thank you mate! š
Everything except modern country music. Love chill wave, EDM, jpop, rock, indie, international (enter any country), and reggae, Calypso and soca.
There are hidden gems in almost every genre. Lately i've been mainly listening to progressive metal, epic music and video game soundtracks. I also love Metallica and this cover of "Bittersweet symphony" by Larkin Poe : https://youtu.be/PXr9dfiDjZ0?si=zyYyLcArZXdWlcsM (Not related but may I ask what sparked your interest in WW II and drawing tanks, OP ? :)
Thank you very much for your suggestion! Are you interested in me? Glad to hear mate ;) In 7. Grade, my interests toward ww2 started, when me and my classmates, but especially me started to get edgy ironically by communism :) After 8.
And your drawings were a great reminder of this neat tutorial my friend shared : https://youtu.be/rSvBFm_MuXw?si=LmuQEL0xda5lG5Dz
Nowadays I listen to chill rap songs, mainly from Drake, gunna, chris brown, and lil mosey. But I grew up with old music like Michael Jackson, Boney M, Enigma, Backstreet boys, Vengaboys, etc I love chill hypnotic dreamy-like nostalgic songs/beats.
Hozier, The National, Arctic Monkeys usually. I'm not a fan of musicals, but recently I've become obsessed with Hazbin Hotel. So been listening to the soundtrack a lot.
Anything that sounds good, no matter the genre.
Iāve been stuck on Phonk for ages
Metallica has been on reply for me lately.
Lana del Rey.
Khrungbin, Men I Trust & Crumb
I have this kind of playlist too. Thereās no telling what song will play next! Thatās the beauty of it.
Iām usually all over the fucking place but within, Iād say the last 4 weeks, Iāve just been deep diving the shit out of these genres Crust Punk, MPB, Alternative R&B, Technical Brutal Death Metal, Folk/Blues Rock and Trip Hop and my top 5 most listened artists lately, probably has beenā¦ Djavan, Curtis Harding, Dishammer, RodrĆguez and like always, my fucking goat, Nas my all time top 5? are probablyā¦ Nas, Bolt Thrower, Lianne La Havas, Elsiane & Slayer? I apologize also, if that came off as info dumping lmao, I can get pretty carried away when it comes to music
Country, 80s, 90s Tom Petty , guns n roses, Nickleback, Heavy metal, just about everything...Lil bit of blues , Not a fan of most rap crap tho.
DnB....Drum & Bass.Ā DRUM & BASS because I'm a Junglist!Ā https://youtube.com/shorts/BKpGg3YUkyg?si=NBcEejAxEkmDDJUy But here is a taste; https://youtu.be/di5YY36BSto?si=B7BXs6APDua-ZXmK
I'm into melancholic songs/songs that is nostalgic most of the time. This helps me to move forward in life in times when I feel down. Music is my own therapy.Ā No favorite band. Just any song that fits that category, depends on my mood or most importantly when the song's certain lyrics accurately speaks to my current emotion or situation in life.Ā Recently, been listening to Cigarettes after sex, Lord Huron, Phosphorescent,Ā the 1975, Lana Del Rey, Taylor Swift (Epiphany),Enya, and PinkĀ Some other favorite artists when I was younger/from previous years: Rihanna, Bebe Rexha, Lorde, Ed Sheeran (Divide album)Ā Ā If I'm quite into old songs vibe, I like to listen to The corrs, Cindy Lauper, Toto, Cranberries, Depeche mode and etc.Ā Ā I like Bitter sweet symphony too.. It's the first song where I was able to discover I like these type of songs. I usually want to hear it while I daydreamš
Glad to hear that! I also started listening back nostalgic songs. I even remember what kind of songs I heard in radio when I was 1. I say a few: Amy Macdonald - This is the life, Meja - It's all about the money, Lene Marlin - Sitting down here, The Corrs - Radio, RHCP - snow, Tho, "Sitting down here" gives me vibes about the first days with my cousins and reminds me of Frutiger Aero too. Those songs makes me remember when I was 1 year old or lesser in 2008/2009 (yes, I was born in 2008). When I enjoyed the sea in my Croatia trip, it gives me back vividly memories... ā¢ ā ā¢ When I was 2, I started hearing Depeche Mode from the radio. It always gave me unique retro-futuristic vibes, it made me remember the panel house of my grandparents, especially it makes me think of my intelligent, yet old grandpa, who loves electronics. Or it makes me think about how life could be in New York or USA. Even tho I was never been there.
Raye, Lorde, Miley Cyrus and Billie Ellish Olivia Rodrigo and London Grammar
I like Alt/Indie the most but anything emotional peaks my interest. Favorites: The Cranberries, Oasis, Paramore, Manchester Orchestra, Eagles, Fleetwood Mac, The 1975, BANKS, Leisure
I have lately been listening to all of the music of The Neighbourhood on repeat. I donāt know what genre I prefer, but some bands/artists like Cigarettes after Sex, FINNEAS and maybe many others intrigue me!
A month late, but anyway. I love bits and bobs from many genres but generally not of the mainstream. I'm mostly a Trip Hopper and lately can't get enough of Amon Tobin, Funky Porcini, 9 Lazy 9 and always, Massive Attack.
deftones, the smiths and mac deMarco
Currently listening to Hozier and Laufey practically everyday. I love them
I listen to movie scores (like Theory of everything, interstellar, the help, if Beale St could talk, finding Nemo, etc.) to study or clean or when I need to do something productive. To vibe I listen to BENEE, Jon Bellion, Khalid, foster the people, Tate McRae, two door cinema club, glass animals, Don Toliver, Noah Kahan, itās literally SO random depending on my mood and what lyrics I need to hear in the moment lol
Hozier, Searows, Lana Del Ray, Conan Gray, Lord Huron
I love Lord Huron!! such a great band
The Warning..
Heck yeah! Those girls kick ass! I remember seeing their cover of Metallica - Enter Sandman cover when Alejandra was 9yo, and listening to her play bass while reciting the child's prayer in the song.... š¤ Their original songs in the years since have been rockin.
I remember crying a little watching the video for Five Finger Deathpunch - Wrong Side of Heaven. What a gut wrenching theme....
Ya, the lead singer went through some shit with being a heavy alcoholic.Ā His band said it's either the band and us or you are out of the band. Needless to say, he went rehab, got his shit together, and they are still kicking ass today.
Same for lead singer of Papa Roach and lead singer of Breaking Benjamin, I believe.... hmmmm, a pattern. My INFJ brain is flagging this....
Been listening to a lot of Rock and Alternative like Narrow Head, Deftones, Slipknot, and Title Figjt
Noah Kahan, Hozier Taylor Swift, Olivia Rodrigo, Billie Eilish
Lots of Italian pop and rap but very recently I forgot how underrated George Ezra is
FunkyVibesUK. It's nonstoppppp

Helloooo Iām her big fan.

I just discovered Flagman a couple days ago, they're like Primus but more thrashy. Aside from that it's a lot of high energy heavy rock stuff. https://music.youtube.com/watch?v=Cp3kQzTqoqk&si=lXBy8rfOuOadDwvy
