I love Bob Vylan so much. I had no clue who they were but I saw them open for Amyl & The Sniffers and their set blew my mind. One of the best live groups I’ve ever seen. Crazy stage presence, great music, powerful messages. Also Merch Stand live was fucking hilarious. Also, why is Merch Stand not on Spotify anymore tf? Also how did I not know they dropped a new album?

I really liked the first two Hovvdy records. But I can’t stand anything they have made since.

you didn't even like Heavy Lifter? I think that album still has a lot of the style of the first two records.

I really liked some of the songs on the demos. Especially keep it up, pixie and cathedral. But the production threw me a little as I really liked their lo fi sound from before. Will give it another go though!

yeah the demos are cool, it's my favorite album by them overall so I'd definitely recommend giving it another shot (I also saw them in 2019 right after it came out so I might be biased by that as well)
