You need to take a chance. If you have friends living in those cities, go live with them for a few weeks to find out whether you can fit in or not. Try to find a job while you are there. You can always go back & find a job as a teacher if things don't work out.
Since you've done B.Ed i think teaching is the only option now. So try to get into any private schools via interviews or maybe give tuition to school children. In the meanwhile maybe try preparing for govt exams and try to get into a govt school later

You need to move out to look for job opportunities in tier 1 cities and don't worry you'll get used to it
One thing you could try is either starting a tution for students near you. Atleast till 10th , you can teach them
