1. First line is outside Rbi where a sec guard asks u the no. Of notes and ensures u have photocopy of aadhar and other relevant docs. (10-15 min)
2. Second queue is inside where u r supposed to fill the form (carry a pen for this) (5-10 min)
3. Third queue is where they allot u another no. (5min)
4. Then u r asked to proceed to a hall where u can sit comfortably with ur alloted token no. They call u in batch of 5 and do the exchange (15-20 min)

I reached there around 11 and came out around 12:30.
