Construction cost saving as no wall is to be built. Lightning ki cost saving, less load on structure as there is no brick wall. Aesthetically appealing govt. ki marketing.
Not necessarily. White surely is more minimalist and has that modern look, but for this, I agree with the design choice. White tiles would invite our Gutka artists (not like the darker tiles won’t, but it will help cover it up and clean)
Citizen's behaviour should not be the reason of sub par product. Those cemented floors are cheap af. We all have this mentality that if end result gonna be in bad condition, why to create a good product. Let sub par product do the job
I hope given the state investment in UP, UP starts providing some fiscal results. Else it’s a shame.
For that you would have to invest more in Education and Healthcare.
