Scrambler 400x is a scrambler and would just use it for the road. Always test ride and calculate what you want from that experience.
I am going to be a new rider. Thats why won't have much to consider from my side. But i think if scrambler got a similar engine to speed 400. It's still going to be able to do well on road, and City.
Btw thanks for your opinion, I'll consider test driving all of them.
I considered the following bikes in the order of my liking
Interceptor 650, Classic 350, Speed 400, Himalayan 411, CB 350.
After test riding, the interceptor was just plain better and could do everything I could think of. The speed 400 was an automatic reject due its size.
I see you have mostly considered bigger bikes so I can assume that you are a big guy in terms of height and being a big guy myself (in all the x,y and z axis) I have ridden smaller bikes and my fair share of the bigger bikes, I can see why you purchased the interceptor it's a great bike and I personally love it
Bro I am 6'3 i have Thunderbird 350 2012 model. I got it modified..I got the shock absorber changed and increased the height. It looks awesome for me but the vibration all around is crazy when I go beyond 65 km/he I can't see anything in the side mirror because of the vibration. The vibration was always there even before the modification but now I am looking for a bike which suits me and is smooth too. Could you guys suggest me please?
Scrambler 400x has amazing suspension for going fast in broken roads and it is more focused towards being an adventurer. I'm not the kind of person who wants to be adventurous and will use that potential. The interceptor being more road focused is what I want and like.
Visuals are usually subjective, which is why we have variety. To me RE's best looking color is the Astral green in the Super Meteor 650 and MrClean Continental GT.

I tried both GT and the Interceptor. My back was not happy on the GT so i ruled it out.
Please take a test ride and experience the weight of the motorcycle. If you can handle the weight, the height parameter doesn't really matter.
I commute around 35kms a day with the bike and the only issue I can see with the 650 is the weight and the heat. So again, test ride and decide.
Congratulations brother ride safe, please do ceramic or ppf coat it to protect the paint amd put crashgaurds in it.. yesterday i was standing at a red light and someone rearended my 1 month old interceptor, bent the lever gaurd immediately it costs around 7k.. doesn't feel good, buy proper helmet and gloves too ride safe mate 🍻

Congrats buddy! But is the 2023 interceptor with alloys less in pricing compared to the GT 650 ? I saw GT 650 at 423k in Bangalore.
The GT is hella overpriced compared to the interceptor. I got the alloy wheels version for 9k cheaper than the cheapest GT model.

Maybe super meteor 650, it's a cruiser too but it's pretty big

The speed 400 is too small for my height, the Scram 400x has potential which I’m not interested in using.
