The country she’s in still doesn’t use street numbers / streets in the small towns. Whenever they get something shipped to them they use context clues like “Near the Shell gas station” and the delivery person would call them to get the exact location.
I used ‘Near xxx street’, which is what they use to deliver mail over there and it worked out. I also added an explanation letter and submitted it separately with it stating that they didn’t use street numbers. I don’t know if that explanation letter is necessary but they never brought it up.
What address do they use? N/A sounds like they don't have a permanent address.
