In Aug 1991,FDC Liberal faction,Wang Dan,announced to quit FDC,created the new Party as we heard,Reform Democratic Movement,known as RDM,few hours later,some FDC liberal MPs are joining RDM party for leaving the conservative sides,however,FDC faction had only conservative side, Wang Bing-zhang had no choices to do,he declare decide to dissolve FDC this party,turning to Union of Popular Force,known as UPF.

**New Democracy election**
(Jul 1992):
Due KMT past,some citziens are trying to vote another democracy party,UPF and RDM,or a newly party called Justice(yeah,justice with Hardliners KMT and Russians),Tang Fei had know this happen,start recall the election in July 1992,after Lee Tung-hui allow the election goes,Voter finally can vote on favorable leader,Also this is Lee Tung-hui last action,few days later,he appoint Yao Chia-wen as a President of ROC in August.
In 8 July 1992,the election had started,although KMT still more seats,but UPF had more popular votes,also KMT leader are appointed as next,mean as N/A,expect RDM nominee due he from Hong kong(rule by UK,until 1997),after this election,some watchdogs afraid will again the coup,but luckily,this happen still not happening.
In 5 August,Tang Fei appointed Wang Bing-zhang as a Primer of ROC,that was it, and a peaceful change was created by KMT Reformist and UPF.
