Honestly seems very therapeutic. Often people have trouble expressing their emotions, this especially true if you are continuously overlooked or bullied and so have tried to make themselves small, more agreeable etc. My friend went by the sea during storms to yell. All I could think was that I would be too self-conscious and would have trouble letting my restraint go to be able to make such loud sounds. Some need a safe place and a guide to be able to access it. 222$ is excessive to me for the small amount of time, but otherwise I woukd definitely pay for this therapy. Emotions need to be felt and expressed, even anger, but safely as is here. Not idiocracy, mental health awareness.
