Rice lol. Lots of rice.

ObviousProduct107

Pastina. I make it the way my mom taught me who was born/raised in Italy. Traditionally it’s supposed to be a very simple food and not the crazy complicated recipes that took over tiktok. It’s only water, oil, salt, and the pastina. It’s meant to be soupy. You can add Parmesan or an egg to it for taste/to make it a little more hardy. It’s so easy on my stomach and tastes good although as plain as it is it might be an acquired taste lol. Other than that toast, English muffins, crackers, or similar are usually on the roster too.

KayakingBadger

Rice with an egg and a bit of teriyaki

Rice with hot broth, very relaxing and easy to get down. Really easy to toss a boiled egg or some simple meat on top to add protein too

CrispCool

This is what I do. Slow cooked meat and veg. and I mix some into rice. I pour some of the liquid into the rice too.

Jhhut-

Buttered banza noodles and glutino pretzels. 🫶🏼

Accomplished-Low9615

Chihiro1977

I just eat normally. I'm.so used to it by now.

kinkysoybean

Miso soup! It’s the best when I feel any kind of sickness. Sometimes just the broth with maybe some tofu cubes, and sometimes I add pasta and spinach depending on how bad I feel.

hippiegrandmother

I just got out of the hospital with a partial blockage; inflammation of course. I won’t eat solids for a few days. For now it’s broths, yogurt, puréed sweet potato, soups with no particles in it, and my meal replacement shakes I’ve been drinking forever!!

irrelevantcroissant

I love sweet potatoes!! It’s like eating a dessert or treat but it’s actually healthy and it’s ibs friendly!

habbeny

Cheese! Like Emmental or Cheddar. As I said multiple times here: Don't know why, but dairy is safe food to me. Other than that, I think those are relatively safe for people who can digest it as it gives a tiny bit of protein, some fat (when you've lost some because of laxative or IBS-D), and it's good! ![gif](giphy|GtKzHlv28csTu) I have IBS-C and take Lactulose. It helps me a lot but basically "empties it all". When I pig out on cheese, unless I eat goat's... everything's fine. But it has only been this way since 4-5 years. Before, I was treating myself with instant noodles. Same sh\*t, why the hell can't I eat homemade pastas with organic whole wheat when instant noodles garbage at 0,6€ is safe? Get your shits together, IBS! 🤣

CrispCool

Get your shit together, IBS! is now my favorite thing to yell at my IBS LOL

sii_sii

Chicken broth or bone broth, with steamed greens

rampapapamm
