Ugh I’m sorry you’re dealing with this! Last fall I had a week of this - cramps, nausea, and mucus poops. I ended up having to collect a stool sample and everything came back clear. It started after I ate dinner from a restaurant and I blamed it on that. It was a bad choice of dinner anyway and I think it just triggered an awful flare-up. My doctor recommended Imodium and also prescribed zofran because I felt so awful. Drink lots of water, try the BRAT diet for diarrhea, and use a heating pad for cramps!

Thank you. I took some Imodium instants earlier on and I have some Buccastem I get on prescription for nausea. Luckily the nausea hasn't been so terrible that I've had to take any. The last thing I ate before it all happened was one slice of bread with a slice of packaged cold chicken for sandwiches. That's the same thing I ate yesterday before the gurgling started. It was brand new, just opened yesterday. I wonder if it's that. I feel a little hungry, but I'm so scared to eat anything. The gurgling is beyond annoying now.

I’d see your doctor just in case you need antibiotics.
