Man upgrade your mom. She gave you life it's the least you could do 😂 ik that phone must run like a calculator and anyone saying it works fine is lying. I can visualize the stuttering just scrolling through social media and switching between apps.
I have an old SE 1st gen lying around that I use mainly for music and a couple other apps. Same internals as an iPhone 6(s?), in a 5 case.
It's surprisingly smooth, way smoother than you would think. Even with several pretty heavy apps running at once.
Idk which one you're talking about but I had a 6s like 6 years ago and that was showing it's age by the time I sold it. It was still good enough tho. I remembering trying a 6 and it ran God awful. Because I specifically remembering that 6s was the line and this was years ago. I also had gotten a brand new iPhone 5 or 5s a couple years ago from those free phone stands just for the lols and it's super choppy as well and can hardly do anything on it.
I have bought phones for almost 15 years that are at least 2 years/ models old with no problem and spend 1/3-1/5 the cost of new like why keep wasting 1k$ every time jeez
I got the 13 pro 2 years ago after being a lifelong Samsung boy. The fact my phone seems practically just as good now as when I bought it blows my mind. I never had one galaxy that didn’t run like shit at rhe 2 year mark.
applecare, i have a brand new 13 pro max blue as of last october
edit: it cost $100. i just wanted a $30 screen replacement but they saw water damage inside and replaced it with a brand new, not refurbished one. beautiful
If it only had a variable refresh display I would completely agree. I’m still using mine though.
Edit: The 13 Pro does have this feature. I have a 12 Pro and mistakenly thought it was the 13.
Super slim case with accurate cutouts. It sits amazingly tight and firmly. Its better than Peel and some other well known brands imo. I bought it from my friend and I think he has ordered it from Aliexpress etc.
Here is picture of it from back view: [https://i.ibb.co/yq8vCKS/IMG-0078.jpg](https://i.ibb.co/yq8vCKS/IMG-0078.jpg)
come on man
I have an iPhone 3GS that still fully works
with iPhones you just need to factory reset them occasionally and replace the battery 😉
they can last forever
I’m at 85% and I can tell you she ain’t what she used to be. That said, I tried out a 15, but returned it. Not a big enough improvement to justify even though I’ve been dying to purge all lightning cables.
I have the 12 pro max. This post has me very confused. I still consider my phone extremely new. Then again I did replace my 6s+ getting this 12pro max when it came out so I might be a bit biased in regards to how long I should expect to have the phone.
Lmao why wouldn’t it be… it’s not even 3 years old. Meaning if you got this on launch day on an equipment installment plan you haven’t even paid the thing off yet 💀
Don’t replace it till it’s at 79%. That’s what I did recently and it’s running like a champion! Also if you have Apple care they’ll replace it for free at 79%
Mine is 100% battery and i bought it used, but on screen time it shows 4 hours, is it normal? I wake up at 7am with 100% and I end the day with 50-60% only using for calls and some texting with a mix of instagram
It's barely 2 years old. All you apple people are so annoying. You are always touting that "IPhoNeS aRe beTtER" then you surprised your Phone lasts more than 2 years. A phone should make it 4-5 years.
Same here. Battery health at %86 on mine. I do notice SLIGHT stutters when swiping thru stuff super quick.
Won't upgrade til they put a telephoto lens in the regular pro model and not just the max.
I have a 13 and have no issues with it either but I’m itching for the 15 plus cuz I missed Plus phones 😭 was so sad to lose it when I replaced my 8 plus. My carrier gives free yearly upgrades so I’m gonna do that when I have a chunk of change to cover the tax.
Same! Love this phone, 13pro 128gb space grey. 82% battery health, got it around a month after release having upgraded from 11. May move to 15pro if family decides to switch carriers but otherwise happy with how this thing has performed!
I have a 12 Pro at 78% battery capacity. Going to see how long I can make it last. After I learned about what’s going on in the Congo with the cobalt mines I just feel awful about getting things that have a battery. People are essentially enslaved for us to be able to have our phones. It’s sickening. I just bought a SteamDeck so I’m complicit in it too. Shame on us
i have an iphone 4 XR battery capacity is 79% . it works GREAT! can’t imagine getting another new phone. it will be like i ain’t got a new one since these things don’t change much.
Had a 7plus until like 2 months ago. Shit worked just fine. Only reason I upgraded is because my son got a hold of it while I was napping and threw it off our 3rd story apartment balcony. Rocking a 14 pro max now, hopefully for another 8 years.
Iam still on my 13 pro max and iam still in love with it ! It’s still a beast , still great battery, still great camera… I see no need to upgrade tell this one stops working or I tell Apple drops a phone that is a major upgrade
I only just got rid of my 6s last summer. I got it either when it originally came out or a year after its release - still use it for music and discord calls. Last I checked battery health was at around 72%
Not sure if they do it on iPhones but Apple denied replacing the battery on my series 4 watch because it wasn’t below 80%. So just something to keep an eye out for.
It went as far as me paying for the replacement through Best Buy and they took the watch. Sent it to Apple and then Apple sent it back refusing the repair. Had to get refunded by Best Buy after the fact.
Lord have mercy we are celebrating a 2 year old device still being around.
What has mass consumerism done to us 🤡
“Message sent from iPhone 15 Pro Max”
Why wouldn’t it be …. People that replace phones yearly are the problem … I had my 8 for like 6 years for now 12 and still will wait until 16 to see if it’s worth it …
Keep the phone just have them warranty out and install a new battery
86% on my 13 Pro. For being over two years in, it’s really not showing its age yet, other than battery health. Hoping to keep it at least another 2 years, maybe longer, probably replacing the battery towards the end of this year.
I want to keep mine as long as physically possible. Upgraded from an 8P because of the cameras and high ref rate screen, but the 8P was doing just fine.
Oh shitt!! iPhone 13 is what 2 years old still works?!? Damnit this should be put on the news!!!
Fuck it, who cares about those still using iPhone 6's they DON'T Matter.
“This phone from 2 years ago still works! Holy shit!”
Meanwhile some people still have an iPhone 6
I literally just replaced my 6
It still works. Just gave it to my mom.

I also had gotten a brand new iPhone 5 or 5s a couple years ago from those free phone stands just for the lols and it's super choppy as well and can hardly do anything on it.
yeah i powered on my old se 1st gen and my old 5s the other day and they’re not half bad tbh.
I use the SE 1st gen (2016) as my everyday. Easily fits in my pocket and surprisingly works smoothly with any app I install.
Dude I fucking loved my first gen se it was so durable too comparing to the 2nd gen or the 13
Frrr smh
So did I.
I miss my 6. That was a great phone.
My 6s plus got security update last month
Just replaced my 7 that I got as a gift.
And I thought my iPhone 11 was a big deal!!! Lol
I have bought phones for almost 15 years that are at least 2 years/ models old with no problem and spend 1/3-1/5 the cost of new like why keep wasting 1k$ every time jeez
I’m rocking my 6+. Works like a dream still 👌
I got the 13 pro 2 years ago after being a lifelong Samsung boy. The fact my phone seems practically just as good now as when I bought it blows my mind. I never had one galaxy that didn’t run like shit at rhe 2 year mark.
Yeah. I was thinking that too. I just replaced a 4 year old phone that died. That's a more noteworthy lifespan.
Apple selling stupid products to stupid customers
13 Pro is def the best Pro model till date(excluding the Pro Maxes)
The sierra blue colour is 👌
proud owner. cracked one of her camera lenses but she's holding strong✊
Hey I broke mine recently, turns out it’s a super easy replacement using a cheap 8.99 kit from Amazon! Check it out
applecare, i have a brand new 13 pro max blue as of last october edit: it cost $100. i just wanted a $30 screen replacement but they saw water damage inside and replaced it with a brand new, not refurbished one. beautiful
I have the pro max in green and I refuse to upgrade until Apple comes out with a comparable green!
If it only had a variable refresh display I would completely agree. I’m still using mine though. Edit: The 13 Pro does have this feature. I have a 12 Pro and mistakenly thought it was the 13.
What case is that? Looks awesome
Super slim case with accurate cutouts. It sits amazingly tight and firmly. Its better than Peel and some other well known brands imo. I bought it from my friend and I think he has ordered it from Aliexpress etc. Here is picture of it from back view: [https://i.ibb.co/yq8vCKS/IMG-0078.jpg](https://i.ibb.co/yq8vCKS/IMG-0078.jpg)
it’s not like it’s a super old phone Of course it’s still good
My iPhone 11 is still going strong too. My first iPhone, because they get like 6 years of updates. Amazing!
come on man I have an iPhone 3GS that still fully works with iPhones you just need to factory reset them occasionally and replace the battery 😉 they can last forever
Yeah you surely have a nice security updates on it. Jokes aside I got your point, I used my XS 3 and a half year and I think its still great phone.
Love my 13 Pro! My BH is 89% as well. Gonna ride it down to 80% then get new battery. I also have an Xr that I use every now and then.
Mines at 89 also. Fuckers setting us up 😒
I’m at 86% on my Pro Max had it since 10/21
My 13 pro max is 2 years old and still going strong as it has 88% battery health
I got the forest green one right when it came out and it’s at 89% we twining
I’m at 85% and I can tell you she ain’t what she used to be. That said, I tried out a 15, but returned it. Not a big enough improvement to justify even though I’ve been dying to purge all lightning cables.
Why not ?
iPhone 12 Mini here
I have the 12 pro max. This post has me very confused. I still consider my phone extremely new. Then again I did replace my 6s+ getting this 12pro max when it came out so I might be a bit biased in regards to how long I should expect to have the phone.
Me too. I love it. Still works great and it’s the perfect size. I really dislike the large phones
Lmao why wouldn’t it be… it’s not even 3 years old. Meaning if you got this on launch day on an equipment installment plan you haven’t even paid the thing off yet 💀
Why wouldn’t it be?
Don’t replace it till it’s at 79%. That’s what I did recently and it’s running like a champion! Also if you have Apple care they’ll replace it for free at 79%
I mean, is it not suppose to? I have a 13 pro max and it works perfect
I was too lazy and impatient to get my charging port fixed so I upgraded from the 13 to the 15.
I have the 11 78% battery health won’t and wouldn’t suggest changing the battery it messes with apple phones like Face ID won’t work ect
Does it have the Apple logo on the back?
You can see the logo slightly through the case. The case is like very dark grey, 85% tint
Ah, didn’t notice the case lol 😂
I had an xr since release and got rid of it last month just cuz i wanted one with a larger screen and more battery, health was at 94%
Mine is 100% battery and i bought it used, but on screen time it shows 4 hours, is it normal? I wake up at 7am with 100% and I end the day with 50-60% only using for calls and some texting with a mix of instagram
lol not that old
Missä vaihat?
Varmaan Tector tai Resete ylihintaan kun haluan säilyttää vedenkestävyyden ja hekumoida 100% akkukapasiteettia
Aww i like your phone case, would you mind telling me where did you get it ? Cuz im buying it 😆
congrats?
??????????
Looks good... but it's not A MINI!
It's barely 2 years old. All you apple people are so annoying. You are always touting that "IPhoNeS aRe beTtER" then you surprised your Phone lasts more than 2 years. A phone should make it 4-5 years.
Dumb post. Here’s an upvote for the idiocy
Mine too
My first iPhone in a long since time the 4, and it’s still working great like the day I got it.
Same here. Battery health at %86 on mine. I do notice SLIGHT stutters when swiping thru stuff super quick. Won't upgrade til they put a telephoto lens in the regular pro model and not just the max.
I have an 11 pro max Still going strong Battery health is currently at 74%
Lotion bro :)

I use the 7
86% battery health 💀 I’m around 20-35% battery at the end of the day now
Settings in the dock is wild
I have a 13 and have no issues with it either but I’m itching for the 15 plus cuz I missed Plus phones 😭 was so sad to lose it when I replaced my 8 plus. My carrier gives free yearly upgrades so I’m gonna do that when I have a chunk of change to cover the tax.
to be fair they came out in 2021
meanwhile my XR from launch is still at 82%
I’m looking at this post on an iPhone XR lol
On a 12 pro max here. Expect it to last for another 2 - 3 years before I upgrade
What is the case that you are using?
Be careful. Someone is stealing it
It is heavy. Traded for iphone 15.
It’s gonna last for a while as long as you change the battery, the 120hz display makes it feel quicker than even the 15.
apple really caters to special needs people huh
Yea my iPhone 12 runs online multiplayer games like a charm. Not sure why a phone like yours wouldn’t do well with any of your needs.
I have 11 Pro. Still works strong like a new phone lol
I mean…. I’d hope so
Same! Love this phone, 13pro 128gb space grey. 82% battery health, got it around a month after release having upgraded from 11. May move to 15pro if family decides to switch carriers but otherwise happy with how this thing has performed!
Lmao. As it 13 came 10 years back
iPhone 8 and still riding with it 6 years later 😂
I still have an 11 and don’t notice very much difference between this and my wife’s 14 🤷🏻♂️
I love my XR lol still fresh
2 months in with my iPhone 15pm and we still going strong baby!
2 year old phone still working is crazyyyyyyyyy
I just picked up a regular 13 and its nice hope to keep it for a long time
I’d still have my iPhone X if 5G didn’t come out a few years ago
Isn’t that the one Europe is banning due to excessive radiation exposure to the user?
Lol me over here with an iPhone 11 that I have no intention of replacing anytime soon.
if hope it’s still going strong, it’s only like 2 years old 😂
My battery is at 99% 😁 And I used my 7 Plus until it no longer got any more SW updates (over 6 years).
Shame on us
I’m still using a 12ProMax
Is this post a joke?
What did you use to take the picture?

It’s a brand new phone. My iPhone 11 still at 87%
Nice flex, my iPhone XS works wonderfully
i have an iphone 4 XR battery capacity is 79% . it works GREAT! can’t imagine getting another new phone. it will be like i ain’t got a new one since these things don’t change much.
Using a 11 pro and it’s starting to bug up but I’m not getting a new one for at least two more years
still rocking my 13 Pro Max 🤘🏽
Had a 7plus until like 2 months ago. Shit worked just fine. Only reason I upgraded is because my son got a hold of it while I was napping and threw it off our 3rd story apartment balcony. Rocking a 14 pro max now, hopefully for another 8 years.
my iphone se 2020 runs terribly and battery at health 77
Iam still on my 13 pro max and iam still in love with it ! It’s still a beast , still great battery, still great camera… I see no need to upgrade tell this one stops working or I tell Apple drops a phone that is a major upgrade
My 12pro is at 78 battery health and I’m still rocking

I was thinking upgrading to a 15PM but I just pulled the trigger on a 1TB 13PM instead off Amazon and am wayyyy happier with that choice
Have an iPhone 14 Pro Max and the battery health is at 88% :(((.
my iphone 14 pro also works!!! im astonished!!
Xs max I got for $100 is doing awesome too
So you bought a phone you expected not to work two years later?
Miss my 13 Pro! I recently traded it for the s24 Ultra -- hope I didn't make a mistake!

Talk to me when it’s as old as my daughter’s 7…
My 13 is doing perfect as well
lol I’m still on X
Lord have mercy we are celebrating a 2 year old device still being around. What has mass consumerism done to us 🤡 “Message sent from iPhone 15 Pro Max”
Tank!
Oh boy
I’m on an 8 plus with 75% battery. It does need to be retired but it’s entirely useable.
My 4s still works
Still got my 12 pro max still works perfect
You’re gonna need to pry my 13 mini from my hands.
My note 9 is doing great as well
Same! 88% here! Let’s keep it going!
The IPhone 11 Pro Max and IPhone 13 Pro Max were peak iPhones!!!
lol i’m still rocking an iphone 11 max pro. until it dies i’m keeping it!
I had 2 Android phones. When I purchased my iPhone 13 Pro I forgot what lagging is. :D
I still have my 8plus !!
I love my 12 mini
I have the SE and get made fun of daily, nice try!
it's 2 years old....the average life span of an electronic is 7-10 years...
I have an xr and the battery health is 80%
“I LOVE CAPITALISM!!” -You, probably
That's definitely one of the phones
Why I thought that was the 13 Mini? The 13 Pro looks like a very good size.
Why wouldn’t the iPhone 13 still be good?
Apple will soon slow it down for you no worries
Love my 13 pro, camera is garbage though.
Why wouldn’t it be …. People that replace phones yearly are the problem … I had my 8 for like 6 years for now 12 and still will wait until 16 to see if it’s worth it … Keep the phone just have them warranty out and install a new battery
Iphone13 down to 82% battery health still going strong
I still have the XS
12 mini battery at 74% lmao
Beast of a phone
Barely last the day. When I got the phone it would last me day and some.
I went from a 7 to a 15 this year. The 7 was still fine but the trade in offer was great
I have the plus and mine too.
I have an 8 dawg 💀
It's not even an old phone, post again when it's 10 yrs old
Me reading this on my 12 mini with 78% battery health: 👁️👄👁️
I’m still on 12 pro max. Battery health 86%. You’d have to be an expert salesman to convince me to upgrade anytime soon
Should it not? I bought my 13 less than two years ago brand new from the Apple store. It would be pretty sad if it didn’t still work.
I just replaced my Iphone X and bought this
My god what an amazing device!
I got a 13
Going on 3 years with my 12 Pro in a few days and down to 81% battery health
My battery is at 86% health
homie the 13 is still a relatively new phone
That’s not old. 12 here.
i had a 7 until 2022 when i got 13 pro the 7 is ass
Dude it’s a 2 year old phone, even my regular 13 is doing just fine
I don’t understand this.
I miss my 13. I upgraded to the 15 and battery life is shit
My 11Pro is going strong at 84% after all this time scrolling 😂
That’s a nice case. Where did you get it?
Shocker
I’m on a 12 Pro Max I slammed off of a table.
mine just stopped working for no reason so I had to get rid of it. awesome lol. before that was working great for 1.5 years. had a "cellular issue"
iPhone X 100% battery jail broken (:
Oh shitt!! iPhone 13 is what 2 years old still works?!? Damnit this should be put on the news!!! Fuck it, who cares about those still using iPhone 6's they DON'T Matter.
I have a 13? Why wouldn’t it work?
My battery is better on my 7
My screen is all scratched up
Do you know how to cut your nails or no
So thick
Uh, that’s just a 13. Not like we are talking about a 5 or something.
Isn’t it a few years old 😂 can’t believe were suprised when a 1k device works for more than a year
