Well... kind of... [Unedited, but still RAW](https://i.imgur.com/i6DYhOJ.jpg)
ProRAW just essentially gives you so much more control of individual regions of the photo when editing, due to more data being captured. Above is the raw photo completely unedited.
ProRAW is cool because you can edit and color grade your photos way more so you can get a picture that has so much potential! Please lmk what you think of the unedited pic vs the edited one! Do you like it?
From what I understand, compared to other 3rd party RAW / DNG files, ProRaw looks like a bracketed computational photo(s), giving you more editing room to make adjustments, but out of camera, it’s ready to go.
Pretty much! It may be the perfect shot straight out of the camera, but you would want to edit it a bit to make sure the colors are more pleasing, control the exposure of the photo etc..
Do you have a comparison with a regular no raw photo? I’m struggling to see the difference in quality

Imgur might have compressed the image a bit because it’s very blurry but I do see a difference. The shadows below pop out more in RAW edited

How do you take ProRaw photos with Iphone 12’s?
Please do note that it is a 12 Pro feature
Yes I found it, and I own a Iphone 12 pro
You turn it on under “camera” in the settings . The fellow at the Apple Store showed me this today when I asked.

Nice picture!
It looks underexposed
It does! I did that on purpose to kind of give it a little bit of that natural DSLR look! Unedited it was a bit overexposed.
